Skoda India — Rattling sound on doors and poor customer services

My name is Fayaroos MT and I had purchased Skoda Kushaq from your showroom on 14 March, 2022. It's not even been a month since I bought it and I'm already having issues with the car. There's a rattling noise on the doors of the car while traveling on narrow roads. I had gone to the showroom with the complaint to have it checked and the staff suggested to have a sticker planted on the doors so as to eliminate the issue and that this issue is being seen in a few Skoda cars as well and therefore the company has sent the dealers this sticker and that they cannot do anything more than this. They also said that dealers and company are separate and this is the maximum that they can provide me with. I'm not in favour of this idea and want to have this issue rectified properly without having the sticker implanted. The executive also suggested that one of the reason why I'm facing this issue would be because the car has been in the warehouse for sometime, which I think is not something I have to be responsible for. The sticker seems to be an additional fitting which clearly wasn't on the cars I did a test drive on. If the same issue is not visible on those cars but is visible in my car it means there's a manufacturing defect, and I would like to get it rectified as soon as possible. There's a pop up of EPC error that's showing on the dashboard of the car since few days. Please take note of the above complaints.

The service that I received from the staff was very unpleasant, neither the staff picked up my calls nor did they return my call. To add onto it, a very unprofessional service was what I got offered from the company. I had been using Maruti Swift for the past three years and never during those three years did I have to face service issues. This way of treating customers is truly unprofessional.

I'm seeking to have this issue rectified at the earliest possible time failure to which I will be forced to take legal actions upon the dealers and the company.
