Skoda India — Regarding Defective Piece of my Car

Hello Sir I purchased a Scoda Rapid Elegance 1.6cr No. RJ 19 CD 9168 last year from Jai Car Jodhpur. when I purchased at that time they promissed me for every kind of help and technical support. i am facing a technical problem in my car since last 7 months. I dont know the reason but I can guess that this is a heat problem. I have told this thing to Scoda Service Centre but i am not getting any kind of support from them.
