Skoda India — Repeated wear & tear of Clutch plate

We purchased Skoda Kushaq car KA05NN 0573 on 20/02/2025.
On 23rd May, 2026, in 15 months and hardly traversing 6500 kms, the car Breakdown. Service centre conveyed breakdown was owing to wear & tear of clutch plate. The same was replaced. However on 17th July, 2026, within 2 months and travel of 120 kms the car again Breakdown.
Again the issue is wear & tear of Clutch plate. What intrigues us is how Clutch plate wears out in 6500 kms, initially, within 15 months and within 120 kms and 2 months time, the clutch again gets worn out.
I do not wish to argue further. All we wish, SKODA INDIA to oblige us to get the above Kushaq Car exchanged for an Automatic Kushaq Car. The difference in cost will be paid by us.
