I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding the mobile number registered in the MyŠkoda app for my Skoda Kushaq bearing registration number 25 BH 1064 C, purchased from Skoda EVM Pathanamthitta, Kerala.
After the purchase, in Jan 2025 an incorrect mobile number was inadvertently registered. We had informed the dealership about this issue and requested the necessary correction. The currently registered mobile number is +91 [protected], and the correct mobile number to be added is +91 [protected]. However, even after repeated communication, no change has been made, and the issue remains unresolved.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and arrange for the registered mobile number to be corrected at the earliest. Please let me know if any further details or documents are required from my side to facilitate the update.
I would appreciate a confirmation once the correction has been made.
