Skoda India — Safety Malfunction, Service Misconduct & Incorrect Technical Justification by Mahavir Skoda Vijayawada | AP39JB 7668

I have purchased the vehicle AP39JB7668 skoda rapid in March 9th 2021 with high expectations on the quality of the product despite which I have bad experiences.
1.23.11.2025 : Have given vehicle for service on 22.11.2025 and ABS complaint and when came to take the delivery of the vehicle on 23rd the “vehicle got locked itself” at the security gate when moved out the vehicle to hand over the gate pass.
2. 2023 : when the battery given with the vehicle got dead, I’ve contacted a skoda service person when he suggested that to get a suitable battery be attached and I have purchased a new amaron battery which is perfectly suitable for the skoda rapid. But I have faced an issue with the GPS sensor replacements under warranty stating “ I have used an outside battery “.
3. My vehicle was even in showroom for almost 1 month time for replacement of a spare which is already available in the showroom but due to your poor qualified staff, the issue is misguided and delayed causing severe trouble to me.

My question is
1.1.Why is the vehicle locked in idle condition when it should be locked when moved at 20kmph.
1.2 Why am I to bare the consequences of your due negligence waiting for almost 2 hours with my vehicle in running condition.
1.3 Also when contacted the advisor for informing this issue, he replied that I have to “down the windows when leaving the vehicle with key” which is a big joke I’ve heard after using this vehicle for more than 4 years during which I have never e faced this issue.
2.1 Why I was not warned in the previous 2 services in 2024 and 2025 about the same.
2.2. Why am I being extorted in all the best possible ways by the advisors who are not having proper knowledge.
2.3 why am I not entitled to use a battery with similar specifications when you are not able to provide the essential spares in time.

I have strictly confined to get my vehicle serviced at the authorised service centre and why am I to face challenges frequently giving me a very bad experience with the Skoda.

There is some issue with your working style and resolving of issues at the Skoda showroom Vijayawada.

When asked to share the official mail id of customer support, your service advisor is clever enough is sharing only the local showroom mail id such as to suppress the issue not to be escalated to higher levels.

Your service is very clean in preaching the rules to customers avoiding to provide the best possible services and raise the bills in all possible ways.

The CRM, Skoda Vijayawada have communicated through mails giving false information and misguiding the consumer and also not answering all the serious concerns till date.
Also not proving the requested invoices of my vehicle for the activities taken up in the showroom since purchase.
And in the 4th mail after detailed pointing out of their severe misguidance on the rule policies. no reply is received from the Skoda.

Multiple communications were made from either o[censored]s and SKODA INDIA :
• showed least concern in resolving the issue
• entrusted dealer to resolve the issue and suppress the consumer in all the possible ways
• misguided the consumer with wrong information
• and finally left the case unattended expecting the consumer will be calm after few days if case unattended and non-delivery of the vehicle.
• Also received feedback call stating the vehicle is delivered on 22nd Nov which is false and the vehicle is still in the service center.

Compensation Consideration For:
1.loss of time
2.mental distress
3.forced waiting
4.repeated mishandling
5.service delays
6.Mis guidance

The Skoda India shall be penalised stringently covering all the points specified above and justice is waited.

With deep grief and sorrow i demand justice from Skoda India and Mahavir Skoda Vijayawada for their due negligence in rendering the genuine service and misguidance which has to be taken seriously and ensure such activities never again take place and genuine justice be assured to the consumers at any cost.
