I had given my car being registration number AP10AY-9574 RAPID, for regular service on 5th Dec'20 with complaints as below:

Paid Service, Front & Rear Bumper replacements, replacement of Mudflaps, checking mileage and EPC & Emission check.

The vehicle was delivered after a week and to my dismay I noticed that the Air Conditioner was not working. The service centre did not inform me about this at all and now they are not fixing the problem.

I would like you to intervene and ensure that they take care of this problem at their cost.
