Skoda India — unresolved issue with engine oil & coolant

For last 2 yrs i am noticing that my skoda rapid at car is consuming more oil & more coolant (Abnormally high). I need to top up up more tha 2 liters of oil between service to service excluding the oil replacement done during the service.
For the same problem i have visited vinayaka skoda on many occasions.
They have replaced the coolant jar for suspected leak some time back. But they have no clue about the oil consumption (They say it’s okay).

But both the problems persist & troubling me. The engine makes lot of noise when the oil level is low as per the dipstick measurement (No dashboard signs yet). Once i replace the oil the noise level wool be normal.

I feel there is some issue with oil & coolant consumption, if not rectified in time may lead to major engine issues.

Despite repeated visits it is still persistent.
I have given the vehicle 3 day back for same complaint & yet there is no progress made at the service center.

Will concerned persons take up the responsibility & do the necessary repair or rectify the issues.

Hope you understand the value of time both yours & others. It is a really waste of time, energy, resources & money if you are not able to solve one problem.
