Skoda India — urgent concern regarding delay in delivery of booked vehicle

Dear Skoda,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my booking of the Škoda Klyaq Prestige AT in Brilliant Silver color. I booked this vehicle two months ago at Elysian Automobiles, Srinagar, but the delivery has been repeatedly delayed.
The dealership has informed me that the Brilliant Silver color is not being supplied by the company, which is causing the delay. This has been quite disappointing, as I had planned my purchase well in advance.
I kindly request your intervention to resolve this matter and ensure timely delivery of the vehicle in the color I booked. Please let me know the expected timeline or any alternative solutions you can offer.
