Skoda India — vibration in steering wheel when brake applied @ 100 km speed

Sir, I own a skoda rapid, with a registration no TN 49 AM 1999, Of aug 2012, i experienced terrible vibration in steerIwheeel brake applied.I did my 1st service at Guru Dev motors Trichy.The problem was not covered under warranty, They Changed the disc and brake shoes.i am having the same fault after running for a year ie after RunnIng for 9000km, plz do the needy.Tha Sadiq Haja
