[Resolved] Skokka — getting spam messages

I am getting continuous unsolicited messages on my whatsapp number and also getting calls from unknown numbers.
It comes like below

Hi, i saw your ad on skokka, "full cash payment💙 call m (…)", and i'd like to meet you.

I am wasting time in blocking the messages and pppase do something to stop these messages. Someone has registered using my phone number in skokka. Neither i have given permission nor i have solicited these calls and messages.

Please do somthing to stop these messages and calls
