Skokka — misuse of profile picture and mobile number by skokka users

Someone from skokka mobile number: [protected] had downloaded my pictures from facebook and using the same. When i asked they are asking me to pay. Could you please help in stopping my mobile number registerd i. E., [protected] and remove my profile picutres.
