I had purchased an earphone on 1 feb via amazon. It was working properly for 15-20 days later it started showing some disturbance. I had tried to contact amazon and skull candy many times but there was no response. Now at last i have decides to send an online complaint to amazon/skull candy to review the problem which i am facing with this headphone. I believe that this time some strict actions will be taken to satisfy the customer complaint.

    Hi,

    I had purchased a wireless earphone from dublin airport on 15-feb-2018 but after 3 months it stop working, when it was purchased it was having one year international warranty on the product.
    I have raised the request to skull candy india team and ticket no is 108467, but not received any update after that.
    I have provided original receipt copy as well.

    Please help.

      I bought a Skullcandy headphone (Skullcandy S2IKFY-074 Ink'd 2.0 Earbud with Mic Headset with Mic) on[protected] which stopped working in April 2018. As per Brandeyes (Skullcandy warranty agency), I have mailed them my problem about the warranty claim and Ticket id 107301 was created and I sent them the defective piece with invoice attached.

      Got reply from BrandEyes Distributors as follows -
      This is to confirm you that we have received your faulty Skullcandy Ink'd with Mic (S.S) product at Brandeyes on 4-Jun-18.
      The ticket created against product submission is 110249.

      But now after 10 days, there is no response from them.
      There are two tickets created (110249 and 107301).
      But till now, i have not received any update from them. They don't reply to mails and their customer care is always busy.

      Hi,

      I have gave my skullcandy method wireless for warranty to Brandeyes Noida, and received an email on 23/07/2018 as they received my product and it will be covered under warranty and replaced with in 14 business days, today it 20/08/2018 as of now they haven't returned a replacement product, this is my ticket #125171.

      I brought skullcandy headset through flipkart.The right side damaged in the third month of purchase.But now both sides are damaged and due to the low quality of wire, the wire also damaged.Now the headset is in warranty.I attach a picture through this, Please observe the picture and tell me whether replacement os possible or not.Otherwise repair should be possible or not

        On june 12, 2018, night, i connected my skullcandy ink'd wireless earphones for charging and went for a bath. After 30-40 minutes when i saw that the earphone is not charging as the light was not on; i went to check it. As soon as i put my fingers on the charging side end, i found that it was heating. I ejected the charging cable from the port and re-inserted it. But while doing so, when i touched the charging port cover, it came off as it was melted at the one end. Seeing this, i didn't connect it for charging for quite some time and around after 5-10 minutes, i re-connected it for charging and luckily it was charging. But it stopped charging after some time. Later, i found that the buttons cover was also coming off the earphone at one end. At the same time, i visited skullcandy website to see the "contact us" options. Call was not available at that time, so, i wrote an email. Next day, i contacted the customer support via phone around 10:20 am and was asked to send some screenshots after explaining the scenario. I sent the asked images but later, i was refused to get it covered under warranty due to physical damage. But i don't understand how this was a physical damage. This was a case of charging issues which resulted in some outer damages. But you guys are just seeing the outer damages and completely ignoring the main issue. This is really a heartbreak for me as it's been only 4 months since i purchased this earphone. If i see it, i've paid ₹750/month for this earphone which is not worth at all. And, the thing is that, i've been paying for the fault which i didn't make.

          I bought a skullcandy headphone (Skullcandy s2dul-j571 wired headset with mic) in the month of may 2017 which stopped working in last month.           I bought skull candy headphones online from flipkart initially ut was working ok but after a few monthes from one side of headphone sound is not coming only one side is working regarding this i call to custmer care of skull candy but they are not picking the phone also . Worst service i have ever seen
          I bought a skullcandy headset through Amazon in October, 2017. it was claied to have one year warranty. now, both the earpieces are not working. i have been trying to rech out to their customer support for the last 1 days and i have not received any proper response from their end.

            I bought a earphone of skullcandy from reliance digital, the earphone stopped working with in 2 month. As a result i mail to the company for claiming the warranty.
            I received a ticket number (45427) for request and a detailed mail for sending the earphone to third party customer care service (Brand eye) located in noida.

            It's been last 28 days sending mine earphone but till date receive no update and no calls with regards to earphone. Even the customer care are not responding the call and mail.

              I bought a skullcandy headphone last year which stopped working in august this year. As per brandeyes (Skullcandy warranty agency), i have physically mailed them my headphones last month.

              But till now (Even after a month), i have not received any update from them. They don't reply to mails and theier customer care is always busy. Nobody calls when i register a callback request.

              There are two tickets created (#50234 and #42175). Brandeyes customer care can call me at my registred mobile number (Mentioned when i sent them a reply) or they should tell me what happened to my headphones warranty on [protected]@gmail.com (This is my personal email id, not skullcandy email)

              My headphones was repaired i want to replace it i have warranty still 3rd April 2018
              I want to replace skullcandy earbuds. When I tried to email they didn't respond well. When i called them then didn't pick up. My earbuds got damaged in 3 months only since then im not using it. I purchased it on july 2017. Still in warranty period.

                The volume on one side of the headphones drastically reduced after 9 months. I sent it in for a replacement. I had to follow up pn the status of my claim because there customer service is poor. I received an email from the claims department with a $60 credit to buy another set of headphones. They don't have my headphones in stock, they don't have an eta of when they will be in stock and the models available are priced higher. The selection on there site is horrible and limited. Best buy has the exact pair and there $20 lessthan the credit. I was pretty much told to wait until there prices are cheaper to buy the pair i want and its too late to get the headohones back. There claims process is deplorable bevause they don't notifying you of anything and they don't have many solutions. I will not be purchasing from them again.

                  I had bought earphonea 8 months ago from flipkart. I contacted to skullcandy after my earphone stopped running. I have got faulty replacement of my earphone which was in warranty period.
                  I contacted the company, they told me to cut the earphones and sent the pics.2 days after i again contacted a them a and they want more pics now. I m very unhappy with the service i waited for 3 weeks and i got faulty earphones.
                  I am very unhappy with the service. I want my earphones replacement asap.

                    I purchased an earphone from snapdeal delivered on 9th august which is having 6 months warranty and now after 9 days there is a problem the sound is breaking while calls and listening music i have to roll the earphone connected at jack to set the clear sound kindly contact as soon as possible because i am a regular customer of skull candy and never filed a complaint bt this time it happen and i did not accept this type of service from skull candy

                      On 24/06/2017 i'm buying skullcandy smokingbuds 2 in reliance digital. Now the right side headset is not working... I'm really disappointed with this product. Right side earpiece is not working and the same time while in phone call their is some wizzy sounds on the earpieces. (I just read the other complaints on this product most of them had the same problem)

                        I bought riff model earphones for the price of 850/- on 26th november 2016, and its condition and usage is good & normal, but now the left side of earphone sounds low and effectless. I called in amazon.com twice, from where i ordered, they replied ruthless, everytime they provide me skull candy customer number and these numbers are not working, amazon care member says that i might be having low balance, so i say i am having more than 500/- as my main balance in my cell. I am tired of calling to amazon's customer care and they refused to help me.

                        I need to know that my earphones manufactures warranty is of 1 year and why its not working now. I need to replace it or encash me half the money.

                        I have the online bill with print copy and all details which shows on amazon account which i created.

                        Please help as soon as possible.

                        These guys are selling damaged product to customer and tell to him that it is physical damaged by customer. I purchased earphone 20 days back and used only 2 times and cap is removed and wire got outside.

                        Please don't buy there product.

                          I have got a gift from a friend which is a Skullcandy jib headphone with model number -S2DUFZ-38 and S/N:[protected]. It has been bought from Gromo Deals, Link road, Mumbai with bill S.R number 38148 dated[protected] which is tax paid .
                          The headphone's left earbud is not working and the right is okay. It is with original packaging​ and bill.
                          Please tell me the procedure to replace it under manufacturer warranty.

                            I've never been so unsatisfied with a warranty claim the way I recently had one with Skullcandy. I bought an earphone on January and it stopped working on July. After contacting the customer care, I sent the product to the only service centre in Noida to which the customer has to spend his own money and ship it even though it is in warranty period on August. After quite a wait I got the earphones fixed (soldered) on September. Now after two months I am facing the same issue again. Now do you want me to ship the product again which means I will almost spend the earphone's price shipping to product for the second time. First off, I have never heard of any company asking the customer to ship the product spending his own money when in warranty period. Second off, I have had a similar type of issue with my other headphone brand and they generously replaced the product unlike the the cheap soldering work provided by Skullcandy. Thanks Skullcandy India for enlightning me to never buy and never recommend anyone to buy skullcandy anymore.

                              Hello sir/madam

                              I bought a skullcandy earphone (Bar code number [protected]) on july 2016 and within 3 months time it stopped functioning. Since it was under warranty period i went to croma who directed me towards the skullcandy brand office (Mumbai, andhera sakinaka) for replacement. I went to that place 3 times and everytime they said that they don't have a replacement set and would take 30 days. I feel like no where what should i do. Please help.

                                Sir My name is Harish and I brought a Skull candy product from Snapdeal and but after sometime my earphones stopped working then sent my product to brandseyes authorized service center of Skullcandy Noida. After few days they told me its a duplicate product so same I informed to Snapdeal those people were ready to refund me back for that duplicate product but they wanted me to return duplicate product since My product was at skullcandy service center so I couldn't return my earphones to snapdeal and when I called Skullcandy ASC Executive asked me to pay Rs. 80/- for courier and I paid same amt twice by mistake then I called to Brandseyes Skullcandy ASC there Executive told me they have received payment and product will be dispatched very soon and the second payment will be returned. After that I waited for 1 week then called him 4 to five times he told product is dispatched and he had initiated refund for second extra payment I made, but when I didn't get anything for two more weeks then after two weeks one Executive from Skullcandy Asc called me and told me to make one more payment Sine they are unable to capture the payment so I made one more payment Since then its been 7 days 3 weeks since I made first payment still waiting for my amount and product. very pathetic service.

                                I have bought smoking birds 2 after one month it's not working. I raised a complaint and sent the earphones to compeny by spending Rs.300 for courier. Now i am trying to contact customer care but its a worse service its not connecting till 1hour some times connecting and automatically disconnecting.

But i recived some other shades.and they told me there are no policy like same color return and all.but theirs no such a policy like that.they make me fool.i wait for sins 2 month.and i want my origanl shades back.
