I bought skullcandy dime Bluetooth true wireless black from online Skullcandy site but its performance is not good.Its battery backup company claims 3:30 hours on single charge but it does not give more than 2 hours. and sound quality is also not good. I have always been using the product of Skullcandy and always prefer to others but this product is worst... so please give us some solution of this.

    Hello I ordered a headphone through skullcandy online website past week, then I received a mail through skullcandy about my payment is been accepted and order is been placed but its under processing. Then i tried to connect skullcandy through customer care service but had no response over the customer care number and neither on mail that i sent them for the complain
    Skullcandy never replies to any customer care service it was very bad experience for me being such reputed brand never expected this from skullcandy

        Actually I ordered ear buds in skull candy website..
        Later due to some personal issues I tried to cancel the order at that time only.
        But there is no cancel option at all so I mailed to them at that time only to cancel the order .
        I got reply next day that before dispatched the product only able to cancel. But I didn't get any mail regarding dispatching of product..So I called the customer care several times but they didn't answer to my call
        After several hours I got a mail that the order started dispatched ... It was totally a bad things from the company later... After some days when I check the order status it was shown as canceled..! But I didn't even get inform from them.. And also I DIDNT RECEIVE MY REFUND AMOUNT ...

              Defective functioning of skullcandy dime 2 earphones

              Dear team

              I had placed a order with order number #25643368 for a skullcandy dime 2 ear phones. I had received the order today at 3 in the noon. When I had unpacked seeing the unboxing video, the left ear phones led didn't work and while removing the sticker and charging while the right bud led worked fine the left bud didnt work at all.

                I ordered a skullcandy sesh evo truly wireless bluetooth ear buds on 11.06.2022(oder number:[protected], the active noise cancellation in the ear bud is not working properly so i sent the product to the skullcandy service centre in Delhi on 08/07/2022 as suggested by the skullcandy customer care. the product was returned to me without the problem rectified. i called the customer care for this on 25/07/2022 they did not respond properly and they disconnected the call. they did not pick my call for more than 5 times, then they attended my call and disconnected again. please resolve this problem by providing a new ear bud.

                    I had ordered the dime tws earbuds and have recieved a faulty set of earbuds, The buds were working fine on the first charge but once the battery ran out, the left earbud is not getting charged and thus no sound is coming from it.                         Ordered Skull candy Indy ANC worth INR 9999 (its a huge money) on Saturday July 09 2022, payment was successful, order confirmed and i got the order id too but i can't tract it. I gone through the privacy policy, it shows that it will shipping and its status will be updated on working day within 24 hours. Till now the status of the order is processing. And tried to contact the customer care, they didn't answer the call even I mailed them but no response. This is the first time I ordered the product on their official website, IDK why the such a big company holds cheap customer care and services. This will ruin their name, so anyway

                        i want to know where is my order, when I will get the product, i know their policies but it is not promising comparing with no response customer care. is my money safe?

                          I had payed for my earbuds through the UPI option on Skullcandy's website for my earbuds. The payment was done but the page didn't update and my order wasn't placed. I dont want refund, please just confirm my order.

                                I still an issue with my earphone... I reached email support many times and created three tickets, they asked for POP and no proper response and even tried calling them... On first call after 4-5 mins they disconnected my call and I try 2nd time and they never picked it up

                                    I received my product on 8 June 22 after a week I started facing glitches in music while playing and auto disconnect while on calls and I mailed and called their customer service many times but they didn't reply and bother. Serious action should be taken against them.
