Sent my hesh 3 headphone with warranty claim #762335 to skullcandy as per instructions from skullcandy warranty claim team and [protected]@skullcandy sent me confirmation email on 13 september 2019, upon receiving the headphones. But have not sent me the replacement headphones till date. Nor does skullkandy respond to emails.

    I courier my skullcandy ink'd bluetooth headset with mic to service centre-brand eyes distributors pvt ltd in uttarpradesh.

    After 1 month 1 person named akash sharma called me and told that they have recived a tempered parcel and there is no product.

    My question is if a parcel is tempered why the hell they have recieved the same from courier company. Why they have not rejected the same.

    Why they are not giving me proof i. E. Photos as and when they receive the parcel.

    Might be they have received the parcel in good condition and then tempered the parcel and after that call the customer for the parcel.

    Pathetic service centre. This is not expected from a brand like skullcandy.

      Hi, I purchased Indy from www.skullcandy.in on 8th June 2020, and I received a faulty one. I immediately returned it for a warranty claim and they received it on 19th June and since then neither they are responding to my emails and not picking up the calls and now it's been more than a month since I have returned it. I am not sure if I am going to get my product back. My ticket id which they raised on 19th is 333697. Please look into this.

        On 03/10/2019, I bought a skullcandy ink’d Bluetooth headset with Mic. I made this purchase on Flipkart. Unfortunately, My headset has not performed well .The headset under Warranty Period.I look forward to reply and a resolution to my problem . I’m also trying to connect with Skullcandy by Call, Gmail, Twitter but Company doesn’t respond.

          I am having a manufacturer error in my earphone, the both side of the earphone is not working. Its been less than 1 month and it stopped working. I want to claim my warranty as it is in warranty period 2years from now. The information is as follows :-
          1. It is skullcandy ink'd wired in-earphone with mic.
          2. Ordered on 30st may 2020 from amazon
          The customer services of this company is not responding to anything its been 5 days now..

                Recently i ordered skullcandy indy ear bud. Only confirmation mail i have received but not order status no furthermore information i received. When i sent mail to cancel my order i didn't receive any confirmation, or update order number # 204746

                      Hi team,
                      This is regarding my worst experience with skullcandy headphones (Venue - noise cancelling version). I bought this from flipkart during october - 2019 and used for couple of times. Seller here in flipkart is "supercomnet" also exists with other name "shreyash retail private limited"

                      Slowly i have noticed big issue in it. Battery backup is not up to the mark. Even if i charge headphones fully, battery getting drained in 24 hours (Without any use). Next i need to charge this again freshly. As per skullcandy the battery stay at least for 2 years if not used. This is a big problem and the reason of purchasing wireless headphones is not serving my purpose.

                      I charged my headphones fully, used it for just 2 min then i disconnected bluetooth connection and power off done to my headphones. After 24 hours when i tried using it, i am literally surprised that battery is dead completely.

                      I bought this product with a great trust and faith towards this brand but this is seriously disappointing experience.
                      I expect immediate solution to this

                      Either skullcandy cheated me or this particular seller "supercomnet" or "shreyash retail" provided fake or defective product.

                        I have bought a bluetooth headset on 15 may, 2020 through skull candy website. But i am not happy with the product because when i connect the headset with laptop the voice is not syncing. I wish to return the product. I raised a mail regarding this to the respective mail id given in the skull candy website. Also, i have tried to contact the customer care but there is no response from their side. I have checked the website for return. But there is no proper options. I am very much disappointed with their product and service.

                          I have ordered skullcandy headphones but its impossible to reach to the customer care. I have tried two telephone numbers both which are provided on their official website but they are out of coverage.
                          I have mailed them on the helpline email as well but no response.
                          I have been contacting them for a week now and i haven't got any response from their side.

                            I purchased SkullCandy Truely wireless Sesh Ear buds in Chennai through Croma. With a week of purchase, I noticed a crack on the rear side of the charging case. I sent a mail to Skullcandy customer care for replacement. They asked me to send it across to Noida address. I sent the item through courier for replacement.
                            I got the replacement within a week but on seeing the product, I really got irritated. They sent me some old refurbished item against my product which is hardly month old. Case is full of dirt, they changed earbuds also. They replaced with some old earbuds and to add, they didnt even remove ear sponges used by earlier person.

                            Is this the service provided by Skullcandy. really pathethic and never trust this brand.

                                I had bought this product on 10th September 2019 through Flipkart bearing Invoice Number # FAAAAZ[protected]. Initially I was given the Ink'd Bluetooth. On 7th October I had raised an issue through mail, , , I was told to send this product to Noida through courier. I got an replacement Ink'd + within 15 days... Again the product stopped working and same was sent by courier on 26th November and I got the replacement on 7th November.. Again the product has stopped functioning... As an customer after paying Rs 2799/- do I have to suffer for no fault of the customer and every time I need to also spend Rs 300 per courier charges... This is really disgusting that an American company is taking advantage from the customer... If I do not get any reply from u guys I would go to the consumer forum and raise an complaint.. Also do not expect me to send this again by courier to Noida.. You could replu back to me on my email ID - [protected]@rediffmail.com or call me at [protected]... Pls do not call me from any call centre no as I would not pick the call...

                                  I don't know the escalation matrix of skullcandy. Not even found on the site easily hence writing to [protected]@skullcandy.com
                                  I have been taking followup from brandeyes support for a long time for my headsets over the mail, and today i called skullcandy brandeye support to know the status of bluetooth headphones, the customer guy started explaining me the process but seems, to update the status of the product to the customer isn't mentioned in the internal process.
                                  When i literally pushed him to answer my questions, he was faint and convinced me to again wait till 29th october 2019 to get the product dispatched.
                                  I'm really disappointed with the brand skullcandy and highly annoyed.
                                  I wouldn't suggest anyone buy the skullcandy products as the product itself is the garbage (Never worked as expected!) and don't want to talk about the after-sales service. It's worst!!

                                      My warranty claim ticket number is 259217. Brandeyes distributors pvt. Ltd., (Skullcandy service center), b-2, sector - 4, noida - 201301. (Up). For my defect bluetooth headset i’ve claimed warranty and the above mentioned distributor is responsible for warranty. Couriered my defect headset in my own cost and they got the headset delivered 12 days before still no response from their side to acknowledge that they received my product no response to mail now. Need proper response from them.

                                      As of complaint on 17th September they replied to me with Replacement ticket number #264447 and told as the replacement will be shipped to on 25/09/2019 but no response from them yet and no response for my email too. Need proper update when will my replacement headset will be dispatched.
