The product has 2 years warranty and it has stopped working in 7 months. Whenever I call Brand eyes customer care number [protected] it says service associates are busy. I have tried 47 times in line. I have also mailed about the issue on ([protected]@brandeyesin & [protected]@skullcandy.com) but there's no response from them. Very poor and pathetic product quality and Service from Skull Candy.

I have bought inkd skullcandy earphone it stopped working after 5 months i sent it to noida service center but i didnt got any response after that no one is responsing to main neither brandeyes nor skullcandy

I have sent earphones by speed post for warranty claim they said that it will take 14days to receive my new product.now it has been 35days no one is responding and i am trying to contact but always busy,
really very poor service.
