Skullcandy — Paid Headphone Failed to deliver, customer care Not Responding | |||
I have ordered a headphone from Skullcandy website, their best in line Crusher ANC headphone on 11th of September and they have failed to deliver the paid order and they are unable to reach. I have tried emailing customer care, contacted their customer care number but no one is picking up. The very first week of order they failed to deliver so i reached out and changed the address. This incident happened again when they fail to deliver on the second address. Finally on the third address it shipped and now it has been stuck in a EcomExpress hub in Silcher, Assam since the 6th of October. i have tried contacting skullcandy customer care about this as well as mailed ecomexpress regarding this and no resolution has been brought about. I have already paid 14, 999/- since there was no COD option was not available. Since they have failed to escalate my problem on a serious note the only option left for me is to take up legal action for their negligence to my order. it has given me an awful amount of anxiety waiting and panicking over this.
