Skullcandy — pathetic service & poor quality earphones | |||
I purchased a skullcandy ink'd headphones from flipkart in march '18 which stopped working in 5 months of its purchase. I mailed skullcandy & sent the product for warranty claim one month ago. They replied once when i said that i will sue you that they accepted the warranty claims. And now again no replies of mails on querying and whenever u call its just one answer always that our customer executives our busy please try again. Its a waste buying their product. Similar kind of problems happened with my fiancee too over 2 months of purchase. Was this information helpful? | |||

It was resolved in one and a half month..but received a earphone of different colour not the same colour i bought. Well atleast they replaced one.
