Skullcandy — received refurbished item against new product | |||
I purchased SkullCandy Truely wireless Sesh Ear buds in Chennai through Croma. With a week of purchase, I noticed a crack on the rear side of the charging case. I sent a mail to Skullcandy customer care for replacement. They asked me to send it across to Noida address. I sent the item through courier for replacement. I got the replacement within a week but on seeing the product, I really got irritated. They sent me some old refurbished item against my product which is hardly month old. Case is full of dirt, they changed earbuds also. They replaced with some old earbuds and to add, they didnt even remove ear sponges used by earlier person. Is this the service provided by Skullcandy. really pathethic and never trust this brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
