[Resolved] Skullcandy — replacement for method wireless did not arrive | |||||
I have bought a skullcandy method wireless from amazon on 6th september. It stopped working on 8th october and i sent them a mail on 10th october and they asked me to send the earphones to noida. I sent it to them and they replied me that they will send the replacement in 14 working days. The ticket number was created as 158880. Its been a month now and no response from them. The mails i send it to them bounce back. Their calls are always busy. Its frustrating to wait for the product i paid for. Atleast some updates would help. Poor service from skullcandy. Nov 20, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I used it for a month and they kept it with them for more than a month now. Yet to see how the replacement works. Hopefully my 4k works well. Skullcandy customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
