[Resolved] Skullcandy — skullcandy (brand eyes) - headphones warranty claim | |||
I bought a Skullcandy headphone (Skullcandy S2IKFY-074 Ink'd 2.0 Earbud with Mic Headset with Mic) on[protected] which stopped working in April 2018. As per Brandeyes (Skullcandy warranty agency), I have mailed them my problem about the warranty claim and Ticket id 107301 was created and I sent them the defective piece with invoice attached. Got reply from BrandEyes Distributors as follows - This is to confirm you that we have received your faulty Skullcandy Ink'd with Mic (S.S) product at Brandeyes on 4-Jun-18. The ticket created against product submission is 110249. But now after 10 days, there is no response from them. There are two tickets created (110249 and 107301). But till now, i have not received any update from them. They don't reply to mails and their customer care is always busy. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchase a JIB in ear headphones with Mic and remote S2DUYK- 343 from myntra but it does not work properly. It has its warranty period please do something

I have gave my skullcandy method wireless for warranty to Brandeyes Noida, and received an email on 23/07/2018 as they received my product and it will be covered under warranty and replaced with in 14 business days, today it 20/08/2018 as of now they haven't returned a replacement product, this is my ticket #125171.

Hi.. got ur earphones?
I brought skullcandy headset through flipkart.The right side damaged in the third month of purchase.But now both sides are damaged and due to the low quality of wire, the wire also damaged.Now the headset is in warranty.I attach a picture through this, Please observe the picture and tell me whether replacement os possible or not.Otherwise repair should be possible or not
