Skullcandy — Warranty claim issue on my headset | |||
I have couriered my three defective headsets to the company for claim one by one. I successfully claimed warranty on 2 headsets and i received 2 replaced headset. After this claim i couriered another defective headset on[protected] and it delivered on[protected]. But still i didn't receive my replaced headset and also they not responding my emails. Then i made the call to them and they told me that i recieve the call shortly but i didn't receive any call from them. Now they are not responding. Its been 3 months now.
