[Resolved]  Sky Led - International Corporate — Cheating company for both employees and distributors super stockist

Hi All,

Service issue -

I'm the second person who has faced this issue with international
corporate SKY LED as VP Mr tapash das and Mr Rais Qureshi is big fraud and using Employee relation and their relation of the market .

They have appointed me ASM, TO develop Maharashtra market as
I have being interviewed on 19th Dec was ask to join immediately then I
joined on 1st of Jan 2017 and appointed first SS in pune, on 08th March
with start up amount of 21 lac, with the commitment from Mr Das ( VP ) with
All approval on phone from Mr Rais Qureshi ( MD ) they will deliver material in 5+2 working days, new catalogs of all products will provide by 17th of January,
For tertiary support will provide Bajaj finance by 30 January 2017,
paper add support will provide immediate effect,

on 11th of January payment got cleared we have order on 22nd of Jan, they delivered
they stock on 4 February after12 days first consignment From noida to pune, and they packing condition was in 3 time tape's on Single box and when ask reason for same so they said they have to check 3 time before dispatching and not having Company named tape they send all in Normal plain market tape's
same as done for Goa I have visited Goa to search prospect, and found one prospect from one
of colleagues and worked for 7 days and appointed CNF in Goa the same happen
partner made the payment on 24th of January but the same thing they
delivered stock after 12 days 7th of February after appointing Goa partner
Mr Das VP has appointed one local person without informing me and said as
local conveyance is very high in Goa so not able to afford my traveling he
appointed on 27th February the second billing happen of Goa. Mr Das & Rais
Qureshi use people and their relation to utilize,

but they do not support
anything again as for local Maharashtra & goa distribution I have work and
visited Kolhapur, Aurangabad and followed religiously appointed local person
in Kolhapur the distribution started in month of March in cash and carry
but as lack of stock and commitment Pune cnf was upset and not interested
to continue but as ASM I HAVE CONVINCE HIM to work but he ask to our MD Mr
Raees to come Pune and discuss further then he will take decision so after
a discussion Mr Raees, Mr raess plan to visit Pune and have meeting so when mr Raees came he also gave the false commitment as he will deliver material in 4
days maximum 5 days so will be deliver material by 22nd of this month and to the Kolhapur
distribution but today evening 25th the material has been not delivered and
when I was arguing for same.

So Mr Raees word was you need to be professional and you need to take care
of company not to talk about super stockist side and he said
professionalism that you need to work for company if they are wrong also
because that delivery time can be changed its depend on Transporters not on
them.

As Managing Director Mr Raees Qureshi and Vice President Mr T Das,
Never write an email from the personal official mail IDs they use companies
common ID Mr Das as vice president of company never use his company mail id
whenever ask to mail from company id ? he is saying I always use my personal ID.

This is not because he do not
have access of company ID on phone,

Now related to service providing in market they do not any based of Service as in Maharashtra they appointed one service franchise for Pune and they do not have any policies as Mr Rajit Koley Head of service visit to pune and on 16th of February and when i ask Mr Ranjit about service policy he said their is no policies and when i ask what about service after 2 year's his word was ( 2 saal tak tum rahonge ya main ) then when i asked are you guy's serious about interest to develop and long term business because this word stand as you just having short term plan then he spoke to Mr Raees and said that after that also we will provide service it's mean they do not have any policy just to earn money the are agreeing everything and even they know that they will not keep any person more then 3 to 4 Month,

and even the are not paying money to service frenchize till take no one received any amount of service wall mount done

they start harassment, employee after 2 month not giving salary on time and part time salary as my first salary was credit on time but expenses not yet get clear for January and February they made my salary in 3 part - first given in other account - second transfer by IMPS - third part not yet credit being after 17 day also did not credit salary and when ask so they diverting to each other - Mr T k Das VP word as Finance handle by Mr Raees Qureshi, already given all thing he will only can do, Raeed Qureshi say i'm not correct person to talk, olease talk Shikha ( HR ) is only who can revert you,

when i Called shikha she said already submit everything and boss will do .

This how they harassed employee,

and once you got irritated and shout so they will immediate to action as ur wish

Kolkatta entire team are fraud's, and mix with each other i have check personally,

i called on Landline no[protected] only single lady answer Miss Shikha - Ruchika,
when we called on [protected] Shikha or Ruchika
and on tollfree no [protected] - Shikha will answer they do not have man power in kolkata,

MD mr Raees qureshi used email id of [protected]@skyled.co.in,
he do not have any personal id

Salary depositing by IMPS when we ask it will impact our IT so the word is that we will look and change

because the are fraud to not have any employee registration so they do not deduct PF also.

now even i know what will their reply on this as i'm putting online to all,

They will blame me as i was not working and working sitting at home. because i have data even i'm sharing my tour details how can without working Kolhapur started? here they will be saying local person appointed then distributor got final yes but all distributor in trade need local person,

No ASM based from pune will work so once local person appointed they feel confident and they start, and aurangabad started Pune started, goa started and got closed because of same reason.

Friend any one want to joint please make sure, Do joint this company because they are using you, Mr Abhishek you was Correct I'm sorry i don't believed and trusted on this company and wasted my carrier and Relation .

one suggestion any where in India if they come please ask to deliver material first and then they take RTGS on secondday of material delivery .

I'm sure they will not even appoint you,
if you ask to work in this condition and if you agree to work on their condition i'm sure life in this company will be not more then four month with proper thing on time salary, expenses, delivery commitment, marketing commitment .

even Mr Raees Qureshi ( MD ) will not fullfill by talking he will say i will compensate on it in by credit note but will CN will not be in Cash you need to take material against it's

even they will say after faisal resign our partner are still working?
Yes they have to work beacause they got engage in credit note payment investment in market with the comany.

This Guy Abhishek is useless he could not perform the co terminated him from his job after he could give result persistently for three months . The same super stockiest is still doing business with skyled which he has appointed in place of him the co appointed another RSM Mr. Sunil Verma since abhishek deolkar could not perform continuesly for three months

I am Hr From skyled the co has appointed him as RSM after he has appointed Super stockiest M/s Viraat Agency. for continuesly three months he has not been able to appoint single distributors, the co paid his first month full salary i.e Rs 50, 000 8th Aug 2015 and expenses of Rs 5, 000 the second month co gave him notice of non performance. on second month 16th sep 15 co paid him salary of Rs 40.000 after deducting his performance allowance and when he could not perform even on 3rd moth i.e OCT, co paid him Rs 20, 000 basic salary and terminated him.

the snap shot of salary bank transaction are attached for references of all the moths.

this guy cannot be fruitful for any co whichever co will hire him, will be a great a loss for the co. not only he is non performer he is escapist too.

VOC Of all distributor was same as price point and also payment terms as
no partner is ready to work with any brand in cash the provide atleast 60
day for lower brand and 15 days for upper brand.

Note : Santosh kasliwal denied and said will not able to joined Sky Led.

Sky led is not only cheating to thier employees but to thier distributors and dealers also.
Guys be alert from fraud cheating Sky led.

Friends please be aware of this company MD and also his staff based in Kolkata.

Below I have recieved one call from Rajasthan customer called me for his issue.

He had purchased sky LED 6 month before and after one month his led got issue till that when he called me his problem was not solve and mr Ranjit Koley is giving just assurance will change his led but just give faked promise as since 4 month he is only getting assurances no result.

Such rule is definitely not in any of the company,

But not where salary and expenses are pending for February and March.

My salary 10000/- February and March 45833 complete till I was not resigned submitted need to get clear,

Expenses February and March and also this is to informed as I haved not send any mail of resignation it was verbal communications but as u guys have send mail of accepting proposal of my resignation.

So I will send this sample LED to any where nor in Mumbai or not to Kolkata till me concern got cleared.

And also rules if company need to ask employee to leave without any reason so company need to pay advance salary for future month.

And just because of your all false commitment my Carrier got spoil .

My salary 10000/- February and March 45833 complete till I was not resigned submitted need to get clear,

Expenses February and March and also this is to informed as I haved not send any mail of resignation it was verbal communications but as u guys have send mail of accepting proposal of my resignation.

So I will not send this sample LED to any where nor in Mumbai or not to Kolkata till me concern and my salary got cleared.

And also rules if company need to ask employee to leave without any reason so company need to pay advance salary for future month.

And just because of your all false commitment my Carrier got spoil .

Hope once my salary get cleared I will handover my sample LED any where were you will ask to deliver.

This is joslin from HR of SKYLed inspite of several mail and reminder to this person is holding stock of skyled worth of Rs 50, 000 which he is not returning.instead he is writing these nonsense feedback on this portal to spoil co's reputation couz our competitor is backing him up to write these nonsense, however we are going legal against him.in response to his misbehaviour and misconduct with his senior vice president of the co we notified the same in maharastra newspaper the copy of the Notification as attached.
