A courier was sent to me via kolkata on 2nd April 19 via Skyking (Consignment Number[protected] to Bangalore which reached bangalore on 3rd April 19. It has not been delivered to me yet (16th April 19). I even told them to send it back to kolkata long with entire courier charges refunded if they are unable to deliveror else deliver it to me but the team is disconnecting the call. The courier is extremely urgent

One consignment with no.[protected] had been picked up from Bhadrak on 9th September and on 14th September status was updated as document is out for delivery. But document is still not delivered and tried to call delivery guy 10-15 times but he dint pick up. Customer service people are also not doing anything.

I booked two parcels at kishangarh vide receipt no 3311 & 3312 which is temporary nos. Of sky king courier service kishangarh run by mr yogesh jain mobile no.[protected] on 11/4/2019 destined for kolkata & dhamtari, chattisgarh. Afterv several reminders he didnot provide me the actual receipt nos of said courier ]. I am unable to search in net the position of my parcels delibery status. It was very important parcels but sorry to inform you that till date the parcels are not delivered at its address. Please let me know what to do in such circumstances?

Hi sir,

It's five days gone subjected consignment not delivered within delhi. Consignment delivered by kamla nagar delhi to sarangpur delhi but it's moving in between jhandewalan to mungolpuri delhi.

Customer services are also very poor. I'm trying to coordinate with courier team since last four days but till now i am not getting any solution.

Please do the needful.

Skyking delivered the consignment today at my office address instead of my house address. I have coordinated with them many times then they delivered it in Gurgaon at my office.

I ordered few items from mumbai, sent via skyking and it do not have everything i asked for, things are less worth 950/-...the person says he cannot pay back for the items not sent to me...what best can be done...please suggest and refund my money

I have send a courier of 3 kg from aero club kothrud pune to aero club mundka delhi 110041. At 26/3/2019 (Consignment no :[protected] but till date the courier has not been delivered on giving a call to customer care. They say that their mongalpuri branch dont update the status. Hence they gave me numbers of there mongalpuri & delhi branch on calling them they say that the courier has not reached from delhi branch. So i gave a call to delhi branch were i get a response that they have forwarded it to mongalpuri branch
I am continuesly in followup with both the branches but i dont receive any response i have also send a mail to support department on 4/4/2019 but no response from support team

I had to transport a table from bengaluru to goa. I sent it through skying courier on 26th march 2019 and paid an amount of rs. 700 for the same. Since then i have been calling and asking the status of my table with a mr. Naresh. He has not given me the consignment number and neither is answering my call. This is really poor service on the part of skying. It is a case of fraud and i will not recommend skying to any of my friends or colleagues here in the future. I still haven't received my table, the consignment number. Naresh with who i was in contact is not answering y phone call and neither he is updating me about the details of my shipment. Again very pathetic service. I will make sure i don't recommend it to anyone in the near future. I have lost rs 700, my time trying to converse with your operator mr. Naresh from bengaluru and the table. Again pathetic service. Not at all recommended. Instead try gait or agarwal packers and movers. Atleast they will give the desired service.

I had sent product from Hanumangarh to Mumbai on 23 January 2019 and it's around more than 1 month and product is not delivered to client. When i track the order it shows delivered but Delivery signature for that order not showing.

Parcel was assigned on 04 march'2019 from park street kolkata and reached on 5th, march, 2019 at dhanbad (Destination city) but it is not delivered to my friends. I tried to contact to dhanbad office so give me reply parcel will not despatch due to out of area, i asked if it is out of arey why accept by kolkata office so unable to reply. Today he assure to deliver if give me any other address which in area.) and 5 days (After reaching bangaloree parcel is still not delivered. Kindly take some action against skyking.

Dear sir/madam,

We are very disappointed the quality of service is provided by skyking is too worst now.

Ref - consignment awb no[protected] mumbai to banswara (Raj) pin code - 327001 (Mr. Sunil nahata - consignee) booked on 31st jan 19 from mumbai and still not delivered after 14 days..

We are continue followup at your bhilwara branch.. But from last 5-6 days only getting excuse but no result.

Need your prompt action response and it should be delivered tommrow without fail.

We are now fedup to continue followup for these kind of worst service at all.

I have not received parcel till now, its reached mumbai on[protected] onlythourgh emergency, and i haven't received call from them. After calling today he is saying you have to receive from office.
Whats that service?
And parcel contains sweets if its not delivered in emergency also its worth.

Please take a proper and strong action against them

Hi,

Shipment was initiated on 17th Dec from Ranchi to Bangalore. The same was booked under urgent category. Till today (10th Jan, 2019) the same has not been delivered.
Whenever I am connecting with Customer care, they are not able to provide any information. Each time they are saying, the product will be delivered today.

The document is very urgent. Please help here.

Hi

I had sent a parcel on from hisar to jaipur on aug 14, 2018 using skyking courier services. The parcel has not been delivered till date.

I have called their hisar & jaipur branches many a times but in vain. They have not given me any satisfactory answer.

This behaviour is highly unprofessional. Skyking has no complaint redressal mechanism also. Please look into this asap so that skyking provides me at least signature of the receiver if they claim to have it delivered.

With reference to consignment no 59534681, the company has misplaced my courier. After calling and mailing them for several times in past 8 days i was either getting no response or they come up with some new stories. Today they have accepted that the courier is misplaced & cannot be delivered. The courier was very important and expensive for me. They are also not ready to make up for this loss. This type of service is totally unacceptable.

Sometime they say that phone the courier guy called but I didn't pick call. HOwever I never received any call.
Other time they say that nobody was at home which is again false.
Contrary to all these, once they told that the area was out...

One of our branch boi balasore despatched cheque through your courier vide[protected] on 05 aug 2018. Now that courier point (Tihidi) near bhadrak. Courier point kept the parcel (Cheque) for 45 days without delivering or informino. We came to know by tracking only. Then, i asked courier boy about the negligence, simple replied i have kept only for one month. Look into the matter. This is very negligence on your. Kindly take action against the culprit. Bank of india trusts on this courier, due to negligence it is hampering our service also. Kindly take action and inform accordingly mob no [protected] dn biswal asst manager boi daulatpur

Sir i have received the rakhi of missing item. The rakhi is not available in the enevelope for the courier which my freins sent the courier to the kollata to mumbai. I have not recieved the right courier from the sky king. When i have received the courier today means 21 august. I have received the missing rakhi in my order. And when i called to the courier service he says that i will not responsible. Is the services you are giving.

Your courier service is to much let. My consingment Num is[protected]. It's very urgent document . It's was dispatch to 15 Oct 2018 but untill I am not receive. I am not satisfied your courier service. It's third class and poor service . Next time we will not send through your organization.

I send my courier at 7 of Aug to nasik Maharashtra. After checking status it show it is out for delivery on 11 August. But it didn't deliver yet. After contacting to nashik branch of sky king courier they only take time day by day and said we talk to delivery boy. But didn't give me any update. Then I contact to my home branch from where I send that. They also doesnt respond to my query.

My consignment no.69023498 was despatched from Cuttack on 12.7.18 by SPECIAL COURIER CHARGING ME RS 150. It has not reached me yet at 1.30pm on 14.7 .18. The Bidhan Sarani office personal has used ABUSIVE laguage when I tried to enquire. Please either give my parcel immediately or return money. Do take immediate action. If you cannot give service even after taking money then do not charge and cheat people .Then you are a fraud and a large scale fraudster.

As per the history we can see that a consignment was shipped by this service company on 12th may 2018, & has reached the destination place (But not the destination on 19th may 2018 at 10:28 am). We have been trying to reach the blr hub to get the information when will the same be delivered to proper destination place but there is no response on the same. Have been calling from saturday no one is replying to the call. Today i tried reaching the head office after couple of tries some one picked the call & even after mentioning the consignment number, they are asking me for receivers details. I have taken off today & assuming they might deliver today the consignment but no one form blr is answering / helping me out in resolving the shipment details.

Updated by vardhaman narasagoudar Still no update, when trying to reach the Banglore hub through phone which is mentioned in the site i.e [protected] [protected] [protected], no one is answering the call . From Monday I am trying to reach the customer executive +91-[protected] they are saying will call back & update the status, They are updating fake information
1) Monday they said it was raining heavily, no vehicles cant move. Such a lie I stay in Bangalore it just rained for 5 min, that too it was drizzling.
2) Got a mail stating it will be delivered by[protected], Was constantly calling 91-[protected], the update they gave every time driver has taken & will deliver any movement they informed me that they deliver late night too.

3) Today[protected], Still the consignment is not delivered, when I checked with 91-[protected] she informs me that the consignment is delivered. Is it a joke, the receiver is asking the status & they are informing its already delivered .. I had to clear again that I had not received the consignment, then she informed me that she will call back in 5 min... its more than 1 hour I haven't received any call. Now if I am trying to call they are disconnecting the call.

Such a harassment, mental torture.. I am awaiting for my courier from past two days with me & my wife loosing per day income. Over that my STD call charges & not able to concentrate on other things.

Looking forward for helping me receiving the courier, compensation & punish the culprits.

My courier was send from barbil to Hyderabad, telangana.pod no is[protected] on it 2/03/19 not yet delivered.it is showing delivered in tracking bt receivers sign and stamp not showing.it contain imp medical papers please look into matter s soon as possible.

The worst courier service ever. Supposed to get courier on 10 its 18th of April did not get the parcel till yet. Customer service representative sitting at Hyderabad are simply worst they are just sitting and earning salary. When I raised a complaint they are not following up on that and they do not have manner how to behave.Almost 10days continuously called the customer care but no follow up till yet. I recommend people do not use this service where they do not respect the customer

Important documents was couried from delhi to hyderabad on 07/03/2018 - 23:19:06 and reached hyderabad telangana (Andhra pradesh) but not delivered to home, when enquired on 15 march 2018 the hyderabad people were very rude and lied that they have not received any courier (But some one called home asking about the address on 14th march 2018).
Now parcel has been returned to delhi.
Hyderabad mani head office are very reckless and unfair so i want to lodge a complaint.

I am feeling really exploited by SKYKING COURIER SERVICE'S COMPANY.
