Hello Skyking,

Parcel was assigned on 07th, Feb, 2018 from Siwan(Bihar) and reached on 13th, Feb, 2018 at Bangalore(destination city) but it is not delivered to me.I tried to contact many times but succeeded only two times and every time they told me they will deliver on tomorrow and also asked delivery address(complete details) again and again.I don't know how long they will take to deliver my location.It took 7 days to reach Bangalore but it is been more than 7 days(after reaching Bangalore) and the parcel is still not delivered.Kindly take some action against Skyking.

    We have sent courier through sky king courier vide their consignment note no.[protected] dt. 20.07.2017 & still courier not delivered to consignee. Online tracking shows that courier lying at their mahipalpur office. Yesterday when consignee called to their mahipalpur office, they said that they don't have any courier against this number & asked to contact origin office. Today their kolkata office told me that courier will be delivered today evening. Courier contains some important document & because of this delay, we are very much upset. Please do the needful

      I had placed a consignment on 7th july & since this was an urgent delivery request i had paid premium charges for the same. However it is not yet delivered & the contact person has even stopped picking up my calls. He is saying he will not be able to deliver to my destination. The same should have been intimated to me at the time of taking the consignment.

      Please note that the parcel is of extreme importance to me & i want the same back to my original location (Neamatpur) along with my money.

        My parents sent medicine from Dubrajpur (West Bengal) to Bangalore from this courier service. The parcel was received on 18th April in Bangalore, but still it has not been delivered to me. We have tried following up multiple times, but nothing has been done yet.
        Everytime we called the customer care they cook up with some new stories.
        Sometime they say that phone the courier guy called but I didn't pick call. HOwever I necer received any call.
        Other time they say that nobody was at home which is again false.
        Contrary to all these, once they told that the area was out of their service zone. Plz help, as the parcel has important medicines which I really need.

        Seriously this company is cheating all customers let us all come together and file a police complain why should we bare losses cuz of these fraud people

          I, Mr S. Barik had been send a letter from Kesinga, Odisha to Sambalpur, having POD.No. 48056193, its very urgent official letter which has not been undelivered till now, also they don't know about the thing...though the status shows it has beensend to sambalpur...its a very important document. they don't know about the situation it will create for their laziness n eresponbile work.

            The courier was given on 2nd July in Kolkata at the Girish Park office of skyking and they claim that the courier by rail reaches the destination maximum in 4 days. For the last three days I am trying to contact the concerned authorities regarding the same and they are telling that the parcel will be delivered the next day for sure. Today is 8th July and I haven't received my parcel till now and now the concerned authorities say that I will receive the parcel tomorrow that is in 8 days.
            the company staff does not know how to talk to the customer and instead of being apologetic they are talking to me rudely
            Sonu Kumar claiming to be a staff of the company misbehaved with me and when I told him that I would complain to the consumer forum he asked to do whatever I feel to.

            I want a written apology from the company and delaying compensation from the company
