My Parcel reached at talcher town on Date- 08/07/2022 in 13:02pm. But that can't not deliver to me. My Parcel carry very important documents. So please action on it.

    Pathetic service, Pls close this courier service they won't deliver the thing and Miss champ who is not understanding any language is saying come and pickup. Its on high request pls take the license of such firms who are not professionals. and there address is not updated in google map for whitefiled. its my humble request to all pls don't use this service.

        My courier is not delivered at the correct adress. It was sent on June 03, 2022. The adress is correct and even if it is undelivered, I was not informed about the same.

                The deliver agent named devraj yadav who was assigned to deliver my courier in mughalsarai is extremely rude and use harsh words for consumer. This is the second time he is behaving like this, he doesn't even listen to his customer and keeps on shouting on them. He is extremely Ill mannered and i had an pathetic experience with skyking service as he doesn't even deliver the product to door and tells to pick it up itself... I want skyking to take strict actions against him.

                  I have send homeopathy medicine through skyking courier (tracking id :[protected] on 19 apr 2022 from barbil (pin: 758035) to kolkata (pin: 700118).

                  Package has reached sodepur (west bengal) since 23 apr 2022 but is not getting delivered. None of the skyking courier staff is responding.

                  I have to resend the medicine through dtdc, additonal cost of rs.700

                    My family want to send my parcel from bharuch India to South Africa.they went to this sky king courier on the 28/03/2022 they give them parcel ane they paid them money of it
                    Up to now I didn't received anything so my family was calling on this sky king bharuch office no one is answering and phone is off.so they went to the office they find close and people are saying this guy's he took the money and runaway.
                    So I had a very bad experience but I will not leave him I know this guy very well Mr Saeed peopsi from bharuch branch

                      I am Ammar from Jubilee Jewellers Surat, I have sent first time parcel from skyking and its was Bangles as I have Imitation Jewellery business and its cost of 1200/-RS. They have not taken care of my parcel and it's was totally destroy while reaching my customer address at Raipur.
                      I have loss my customer and even I have loss my amount because of SkyKing Courier.

                      I want you to take action against skyking Courier and please ask them.to pay me my loss amount.

                        It's been almost a month passed, I haven't get any detail about my parcel, tracking ID status is also same from last month. And the courier service provider are least bothered about the complaint.

                          My Delivery order no.[protected] has reached from Delhi to Hyderabad on 05-Apr-2022 and now the Hyderabad branch people denying to deliver my address so i said to deliver to my office banjara hills or else any near my address, so she said they will deliver to office location but not giving the time, she does not have common sense any office will work according a normal time upto 5pm. So how can i take beyond my office time when she wants to deliver after 5pm.
                          Will you please concern your team regarding this issues and please respect the customers and communicate will be in polite manners, you are giving the service.

                                Skyking courier service is the most pathetic one. My parcel was dispatched through tacking no[protected] on 09th of March and when I am tracking it's showing that it had reached the destination on 11th of March but the courier company is not bothered to deliver the order neither they are receiving the phone calls. Is this kind of service u provide?? May I know the reason why it is getting delayed intentionally?

                                    There was a product that was shippped to me from Lucknow to bangalore AWB[protected] received in bangalore on 18th. Despite constant follow ups fro m the company in lucknow and they having to contact the people out here in Bangalore its not been delivered till now 3rd March. I had already mentioned its an office and they have deliver by 6 . Pathetic attitide and services the number in Kolkatta they don't pick up and have the decency to call back.
