Dear Skyking

Our parcel with consignment number[protected] did not get delivered and is currently not trackable. Upon contacting the local office where the parcel was submitted, they are not willing to take any responsibility and don't seem bothered to even try to find out where the parcel is. This type of attitude shows how irresponsible service is being provided. Kindly look into the issue urgently and ensure the parcel reaches its destination soonest or else I will have to file a case and also post on social media about such irresponsible service.

I had sent a courier on[protected] from Bhilwara to Pune.. till date it’s not delivered and there’s no proper response from the company.. they are not receiving my phone calls and most of the numbers on website doesn’t even exist.. the parcel is in Pune from the last 10 days and without any satisfactory reason they are not delivering it. Very pathetic and poor service..

This is regarding a shipment consignment number[protected]. Which was shipped to Goa via your courier service.

Someone had shipped me a computer processor through your courier service. I received the product and it turned out to be pieces of paper instead of a processor. I have taken a whole video while opening the parcel as the parcel felt awfully light for a processor and cpu fan which was included in it.

Don't your courier partners check what is being shipped. I just wanted to raise this issue as to how can you allow to ship pieces of paper.

I had booked my bike through parcel in railways and the document of that parcel I sent through skyking courier. Bt it has been 7 days and I haven't received the documents sent through courier. And i have to pay a penalty of 250rs. per day since i am unable to release my bike from railways.

These are really poor courior service provider. They do not have anything on the name of services. I have sent a gift for someone in Dehradoon to get it deliver upto the birthday which is on 5 sept i.e sunday. And these great people do not deliever on sunday either it is anyone’s birthday. It is there stuck in Dhradoon from 3rd sept but not delievered. When i contacted to the concern service person[protected]he rudly called me a “unpad” means i am uneducated. This is the way they behave with customer instead of expressing appology. Not ever recommended pathetic service.

As this is business material its very important to receive timely.

The courier staff sitting in Pachpedi Naka Raipur told me that I would have to collect myself from office. It's so hurtful for me. But karnal mein skyking courier company muje bolti hai apna courier khud le jao or muje barish mein beeg kar jana pada apna courier lene achi service nahi mili. Dnt trouble ur near n dear ones and urself. Such a stupid irresponsible courier service. They accept the address first and then they say we dnt deliver in that area. No phone call, no details, no reason. Useless staff working there. The recipient n the sender have to call again n again n ask for the courier status and we only have to recieve our parcel Visiting their center eventually.
Never use this courier service. A big ZERO to this company especially jaipur skyking courier. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
