I have couriered a packet at Rourkela, Orissa Hub on 02.07.2021 for delivery at Bhubaneswar Orissa against consignment no.[protected].

The parcel reached Bhubaneswar Hub in the forenoon of 06.07.2021 and is still lying there.

As per tracking it is showing IN TRANSIT.

Not yet delevered to the Addressee.

    The parcel was handed over to skyking courier service on 22nd June 2020 in Kolkata and the packaging was very good infact the address was also mentioned properly and it was supposed to reach Giridih but 18 days have passed and the parcel is still undelivered till 9th July 2020. It hardly takes 2-3 days for a parcel to reach Giridih from Kolkata. When I contacted the respective team they said the relevant information is missing from the parcel like name address etc and they asked me to send the details over whatsapp. I did the same but still there is no status update regarding it. I am highly disappointed to see such a careless service of skyking where I am waiting since 18 days.

        मैं आपके भिवानी शाखा के खिलाफ शिकायत कर रहा हूॅ। वहां के जो भी कर्ता धर्ता है बहुत ही गन्दा स्वभाव रखते है। ना तो कभी इज्जत से बात करते है और ना ही ढंग से कोई जवाब देते है। गाली गलौच तक कर देते है। जब भी फोन पर उनसे कोरियर के बारे में पता किया जाता है तो कहते है कि वक्त होगा तब दे जाऊंगा ज्यादा जल्दी लाग रही है तो आ के लेजा। जब कभी देर सवेर देने आ भी जाते है तो इतना कुछ सुना के जाते है। उल्टा बोल के जाते है। ऐसा पहली बार नही हो रहा है। मेरा दूसरा तीसरा कोरियर है। पहले दोनो अनाज मण्डी भिवानी में थे जब वो मेरे आफिस में आकर भद्दा बोल के गए। मैने तब भी शिकायत करने का सोचा फिर मन मे आया चलो कोई नही वृ़द्ध है अगली बार नही करेंगे किन्तु आज भी उन्होने बदतमीजी से यही कहा आकर लेजा। मैरे के जब टाइम होगा दे जाऊंगा।
        श्री मान जी, कब तक बदतमीजी सहन की जाए। या तो कोरियर मंगवाने बंद कर दिये जाये। या उनको सुधारा जाये।
        श्री मान जी, उनकी इसी बदतमीजी की वजह से उनसे एक फर्म ने अपने सभी कोरियर भेजने व मंगवाने बंद करके दूसरी एजेन्सी से मंगवाने शुरू कर दिये हैं। अब लगता हैं मुझे भी ऐसा ही करना पडेगा और अपने सभी मित्र सम्बंधी से भी कहना पडेगा।

          Description: I had to courier my mixer grinder from Bangalore to Delhi. Hence I contacted SkyKing services where I opted for their pick and pack services as well so that my product worth 8000 is packed carefully to avoid any possible damage. This additional service cost me an extra 800 that I paid.
          The product was parcelled by the courier company itself: My product reached me today however it is damaged. I tried reaching the representative I have been in contact with, who is not willing to listen to my concern and speaking rudely and say he is not responsible for anything whoever the same was the person was so promising and polite when my parcel was in transit and didn't deliver on time. He made fake promises that he would return the money if the parcel doesn't reach on time and bla bla bla.

          One of my jars is damaged and not useable anymore. I would like to request the company to either repair (which seems not possible) or buy a new product which they have damaged during transit.
          I myself could have packed the product but I trusted this courier service however seems like it was a bad decision.

          Gopal Jha was the person taking care of the consignment.

            This very disappointing on your part that your representatives are not responding & not delivering my courier since 2 & half months.If it takes more than 2 months to deliver within India.Though we all are in this pandemic situation but it shouldn't take 2 months.I request you to either deliver the goods to the concerned person or return it to me soon.Expecting a speedy reply.

                  The courier was booked on[protected], and was to be delivered to Jaipur from Kanpur. But, tracking the given consignment shows that you have delivered it to Noida, which we don't is by mistake or something. But kindly, deliver it to the correct address provided as early as possible.

                    Hello, I live in sector 38(west ) daddu majra colony chandigarh ... I got 2 parcels in a week from skyking but they said our service is not available in your area we will take extra charge to deliver otherwise pick up the parcel from our office... It's has been continuing from almost 5 months they always take 100rs.extra

                    SkyKing Service is a worst courier service in INDIA.Customer care does not help to customers.For my case they take one month to deliver the parcel within 100 km range.The delivery man also not behaving well to customers.I am suggested to all that Never use this service facility.Also You never reach customer care services.

                      I have send courier through skyking courier branch in Rohini Sector 3 on 9th June, where they promise me as its local courier thats why it will be delivered within one day. now its 10 days and from last one week i am trying to following up the branch and Skyking customer number available on their site. Customer care number is not reachable from that day and branch person keeps telling me give me one day. He told that Sekhar Ramola is Boss in Skyking but this person is also not picking up the phone.
                      So can anyone help here to resolve this issue as that courier has importent documents which are now dont where with whom

                        Worst experience. Inspite of promise of 1day delivery through air courier, it has been 4 days and I have not received it. Courier have perishable product. No one receive call in customer care. Phone is always busy in spite called 100 times. It is a headac and waiting for delivery. No update from company.

                            A consignment was booked from Ghaziabad through you on 28/05/21 vide AWB[protected] to me in Bangalore. The consignment has reached Bangalore on the 03/06/21 and lying at your S.R Nagar godown since then. I had requested the person there to please deliver the item as it is urgently required by me. Today is the 08th and the material has still not been delivered. The land line phone no. is not being answered and the two mobile numbers are always switched off. There is no means to contact them and the tracking does not show the status after 03 June.
                            My entire deliveries are stuck due to this item not being received. Please please ensure the material is delivered today itself without further delay.
                            It is a pity that the material has reached Bangalore and is unnecessarily lying in your godown, while my business is being seriously affected for want of this material.
                            Hope you will help me out.
