The service is just terrible. It's been 11 days now and the parcel is still in transit. It was an urgent parcel and the delivery had to be time bound. More than this, the customer service is poorer. The customer care number never gets connected, I always get one or two unclear response in the messanger chat and after that noone responds.

Sir/Madam,

My Courier was sent from Berhampur (Odisha) to Bhubaneswar (Odisha) on 13.03.2021, Consignment No. is[protected]. The package was received at Bhubaneswar Skyking hub on 14.03.2021, as found by online tracking.
But unfortunately for me, since last 10 days I am following with the concerned Office (Station Square, Bhubaneswar), but every time their answer to me is "It will be delivered tomorrow". The most painful experience for me is that every time i call them, they will talk so casually and ask me my name and address, as if they are enquiring it for the first time. Even after asking the consignment number, they will still ask my address, as if they don't have it already. This is pure harassment of customer.
I have completely lost my mind talking daily with these highly incompetent people that SKYKING has engaged.
I request that my complaint is to be looked into immediately and that my courier to reach me asap. Otherwise, I have nothing but regret for booking this courier at SKYKING.
Really really PATHETIC SERVICE to say the least.

One of the irresponsible and unprofessional courier service provider. My courier with consignment number[protected] has been dispatched from Guwahati on 10th March 2021 to Pune. The parcel has reached Pune but it has not been delivered to me yet. But the tracking status shows it out for delivery for last 4 days. When i connect to their customer number i never get any response the call gets disconnected. I have tried connecting their mobile numbers but its always shows busy. If you are not able to perform your duty you should shut down your business. We are not idle like you to follow up every day. We have paid money for that courier. You are not providing free service. Atleast you should have a active number. This is not the first time i am facing issue with Skyking.

One of my courier has been dispatched from Delhi on 8/3/21 and reached Raipur office on 13/1/21. but the same is not delivered to my office till date.

What did I do to 26 Ko post kiya taha abhi tak mila nahi .. isse achha to phir idian post hai haikoi matlab nahi hai private post kao ka ka. Apse nivedan hai ki turant delivery karwaye.

I sent the parcel from tinsukia786125 to delhi 110085 on 22nd of February. Parcel is of 7.8 kgs . Yet not received...they charged rs 980 for flight but from guwahati office they sent through train yet not received...please take proper action and find my parcel

I have order two kurtis the vendor sent it on 20th of feb, its been 10 days not got my parcel, when I searched the tracking details, they haven't updated it on system. it shows the parcel is in Mumbai since 24th of feb. from Mumbai it hardly takes two days to reached Pune by other courier companies.

This is to inform you all that I had booked a service with the tracking no[protected] from Mr. Lokesh, on the 15th of February, 2020 at Bengaluru.

I was assured of the charges as per kg, but later he said it will be calculated as volumetric dimensions, so I went ahead with the booking. He had assured me of a great service fully safe and secure, so he emphasised on using the train services which was provided to me at ₹4, 000.

The package was packed in front of me by his acquaintance who came to pack and pick-up the items. I had provided the bubble wrap and carton boxes.

On the 22nd of February, I had received the package in a broken and damaged condition. The cooler is completely destroyed as confirmed by the Service centre.

I have lost around ₹20, 000 worth of items and this is all due to the negligence and irresponsible handling.

I am looking forward for a compensation of the said amount and I would want to provide a timeline of 2 weeks, starting today, i.e., 26 of February, 2021.

If this is not provided, I will go forward by seeking legal help.

My Parcel is send Bhopal from 22 Feb 2021 and rec the same in bhopal Skyking Office at 23 Feb 2021 but they not able Deliver to respected address.
This is very embarrass and I must told you that very worst services are provide by your team.really very sham full.

My friend had booked a parcel for baloda bazar chhattisgarh dated 4 feb 2021. After 10 days parcel is yet not delivered . Sky king raipur is not responding in positive manner. Consignment number is given below .

SkyKing Is Such A Useless Courier. It's Been More Than A Month Since My Parcel Was Sent I Still Didn't Recieved. I Had All Original Copies Of My Degrees In There. CUSTOMER Service Is Such A ###, They Never Picks The Call. After Trying For Half An Hour, Once They Recieve The Call And I Tried To Explain Them About My Problems And On The Middle Of My Conversation She Cuts My Call. What Is This Behaviour?...

Courier guy lokesh from gurgaon division abused me and refused to deliver my courier. And mis behaved on call I want my package right away. They must have misplaced my package because they are monsters they have no respect for women. They said on call " Jo karna hai karle dekhlenge tujhe bhi "...is that some kind a joke you are harassing ladies. U need to learn how to provide service properly. I will complaint of this in police immediately. They threatened me badly.

On 4th February 2021 I, Rekha Todi had couriered a parcel from Kolkata to Mirzapur (U.P.) Shipment number[protected] in the name of Manisha Singhania. It had reached Mirzapur on 6th February but it was not delivered till 9th of February. When my brother himself went to Mirzapur courier office to take the parcel the person who was there spoke very very rudely. The courier guy said that it's his wish when the courier will be delivered be it 7 or 10 days. It shouldnt be a concern to my brother. He also asked "Why did we courier from Skyking Kolkata. Don't courier from Skyking only." Then when we spoke to the Kolkata office and complained then only we recieved the parcel.
It was very harassing. We do a lot of business with Skyking but if we recieve this kind of service then we will not courier through Skyking only.

I call the service Guy after 3 days of out for delivery..as i got the status late.Was just asking the reason.He shouted and said could'nt find the add and so on...and was asking that wether he is my private Nokar( Delivery Boy) and discnect the call.Cant he explain nicely.such and arrogant. Worst service ever. Never recommend to anybody.

Sir mene apna corier 02/10/2020 jiska corier no[protected] ko Aligarh maal godam se Madhya Pradesh Gormi bhind bheja tha jisme mera asignment tha jo abhi tak corier man ne nahi pahunchaya hai me Aligarh maal godam per wapas gaya jahan se corier bheja tha gaya unse mene apne corier ko return Karwane ki bhi bola lekin mera corier na to deliver hua hai aur na hi return Galat languege se bhi baat kari sir request bus itni si hai ki ya to mera corier wapas mangwa den ya deliver karwa den fir kabhi is corier se kuchh nahi bhejna

My parcel, from Maharashtra has already been shipped to Bhubaneswar, but further in tracking ID no other actions are done since 6.01.2021 and today is 16 Jan . Normally any courier or parcel takes 2 to 3 days to reach Jharsuguda but further i can't see any process being done . Already it has been too late .
