It's been 3 to 4 months since this incident occurred. We have been complaining to the dealer but till now no action has been taken.
I request you to rectify the problem happened to our mattress.

    Sleepwell fraud company they are giving only 5000 of my defective mattress and replacing with Expensive mattress of Rs18500... same product I am getting at discount of 25% from dealer... no one call for coordination... I suggest not to buy Sleepwell products
    sleepwell executive visits but no one call me about my replacement

      Hello

      I have a comfort cell series 4 mattress. I am highly unhappy with with it an unable to adjust even after years.

      Below is my experience with it.

      After using it, i had discomfort from very first day o[censored]sing it. It is too soft that makes you fall into a 3 to 5 inch down which makes you difficult to turn, wakes up several times in the night, and create body ache in several points.

      I had made a complaint within a week after the purchase, an agent visited and agreed to do a replacement. Within few days another senior person came for inspection and told that this is the behaviour of the matter and it is my problem not getting adjusted to it. They denied any replacement or service outright. So, if you are buying a mattress from them, do not expect any sort of replacement if comfort is the problem. They do not see lack of comfort or usage issues as their problem. Unfortunately we cannot sleep a night in their dealership to see how good it is.

      I have continued using it and after several months its top layer become non-uniform, there are 2 to 3 inch humps and downs in it. Though i can complaint again, and seeing previous experience i see it as a total waste of time. They will come, inspect and tell, even humps and unevenness is behaviour of the mattress.

      Interestingly it has 10 year warrantee, which doesn't hold any value.

      I can go to consumer court, not sure if it is worth. Any help from others in this platform for the process for it will be really appreciated.

      Now, this is the way i am using it. Turn upside down, which makes it like a rs 3000 coir mattress, and i bought a "durfi mattress topper soft 2-inch orthopedic queen size memory foam" from amazon to put in top of it. For this i do not have to buy an 80, 000 rs mattress.

      I advise you all be careful with sleepwell. Comfortcell series a horrible mattress and ensure you learn about its behaviour before buying.

              I am very disappointed by these matress i am writing you from a very long time and it is high time you take some action or else i am going to higher attorities for the complaint. My product has lint (Buurr) all around it and it is still in warrenty the matress look pathetic.।

                    Highly disappointed as I registered Complaint for poor quality Sleepwell MATRESS, Complaint ID: 2464002, registered on SEPT.26, 2019. My mattress is SAGGING from all sides with many LUMPS, leading to body, back & neck pain with sleepless nights (Completely OPPOSITE to their brand name SLEEPWELL).

                    To my COMPLAINT Sleepwell executive use to call but never visited and finally visited to inspect mattress after 10 months, that is in mid JUNE 2020 and he agreed that MATRESS is defective and has Quality issues of SAGGING & LUMPS and demanded bill, to which I told him that give sometime & I'll ask my dealer or find it since he came up SUDDENLY after 10 months of registering complaint, to which he agreed to give sometime for finding bill and CONFIRMED to me that my PERIOD from DATE OF REGISTERING COMPLAINT would be accounted while claim settlement (That is, from SEPTEMBER 2019).

                    And now when I gave him bill today he said SIR YOUR COMPLAINT IS CLOSED, SO REGISTER NEW COMPLAINT. Is this is a JOKE of some kind, now again I've to go through all the harassment which directly implies that SLEEPWELL doesn't want to settle any claims.

                    I'm repenting my decision to buy SLEEPWELL as not only it's mattress Quality is poor but also it's CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. Whereas I've KURLON MATTRESS too whose not just product quality but Customer care is excellent in terms of claim settlement as I faced issue with my 2md KURLON MATTRESS but they immediately replaced it with very fast Customer care and their inspection executive visited my home within 2-4 days of registering complaint.

                    So please now settle my COMPLAINT instantly, considering my already registered complaint which was registered on SEPTEMBER 2019, rest I've already forwarded bill to your executive. BILL DATE is OCTOBER 19, 2017 with bill amount of approx. INR 30, 000, MATTRESS is ESTEEM SUPPORTEC 78x72x6.

                    Hope you will now immediately resolve my COMPLAINT and replace my mattress, standing to your vision of BEST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, consider the period from date of registration of first complaint (BESIDES IF YOUR EXECUTIVE CAN TAKE 10 MONTHS TO JUST VISIT MY HOME & INSPECT MATTRESS, THAN MY 20 DAYS TO FIND BILL SHOULD BE CONSIDERED TOO ESPECIALLY DUE TO COVID IT TOOK LITTLE TIME TO GET BILL COPY FROM DEALER).

                    Hoping to get worth of High amounts spent on branded MATRESS, expecting both Premium Quality product with Excellent service, ELSE My appeal to all is never ever buy SLEEPWELL, KURLON is much better (Hope you will immediately support enabling me to change my review about SLEEPWELL).

                          I have made multiple calls at sleepwell’s helpdesk…get message that you will callback…but nobody called back till date.

                          This is regarding my sleepwell mattress “spine tec-air luxury” 72x72x200 purchased on 24/9/2017 from “hare krishna…”gurgaon. Mattress has sagged from center on both sleeping sides. Top layer of mattress has gone hard and causing back pain.

                          As it has guarantee/warrantee of 10 years, please get it inspected and replaced asap.

                            Hi team,

                            I purchased a sleepwell esteem firmtec mattress from "sai manufacturing company, near police line, sri ganganagar, bikaner, rajasthan - 335001, gst: 08aajpk9899e1zz", the shop owner "kapil kapoor - [protected]/ [protected]" delivered the mattress with serial no. "26445825" (Refer attached) to my residence "sonam sachdeva - w. No. 14 adarsh colony near banwari flour mill, suratgarh, sriganganagar - 335804" without the invoice and the warranty card of the mattress (First bluff).

                            At the time of delivery i checked the mattress of serial no. "26445825" is of mfg date in 2015 and was not in condition like new. I raised this to the shop owner and he asked me to raise a query to sleepwell customer care.

                            After so much request i received the invoice (Attached herewith) of the mattress with the firm name "shree shyam trading company, general market, hospital road, hanumangarh town - 335513, gst: 08abppg3439f1zl". I bought the mattress from "sai manufacturing company, near police line, sri ganganagar, bikaner, rajasthan - 335001" and received the invoice from the firm "shree shyam trading company, general market, hospital road, hanumangarh town - 335513" (Second bluff).

                            I ignored it and thought of creating a complaint against the 5 year old manufactured mattress i received. I raised the concern to sleepwell customer care and they approved the replacement of the same.

                            Now at the time of replacement, the "shree shyam trading company, general market, hospital road, hanumangarh town - 335513" delivered the replacement mattress of different model i. E. Esteem supportec with serial number "f3byhqgz" (Refer attached) which i did not even like at the time of choosing/purchasing the mattress.

                            I bought the esteem firmtec mattress just because of my husband's back ache issue and would like to have it replaced with the same model esteem firmtec only. Kindly request you to look into this and do the needful.

                                35000 cost mattress is now not usable

                                How its possible that Comfort Cell Sleepwell mattress fabrics quality is very poor. In 2 Years its now in bad condition and not able to sleep. Since last 5 years i have saved money to buy sleepwell mattress and in 2 Years its condition not able to use or sleep. Fabric of 35000 Rs. Cost of mattress in very bad condition in 2 Years. Dont know which kind of materials/ Fabrics Sleepwell are using. My money wasted. Sleepwell company toll free...

                                I am my writing to express my disappointment on your after sale services.
                                I have purchase your product on 7-12-15 from mehta foam house, sadar bazar, sirsa - 125055 (Haryana), at price of rs 12000/-. This product holds ten years guarantee. After using for 4 and half years my mattresses were become loose and extended in size. Thus, i am facing difficulty. As, it was looking so bad on my bed.
                                Due to this, i asked the shopkeeper mr. Mehta for full replacement of my product on 8-6-2020. He kept my mattresses at his shop and assure me full replacement but on[protected] he called me to pick my product i told my father to collect the product from his showroom in sirsa. When my father brought mattresses at home it was covered. When i uncovered the product i found it was the same mattresses. We all were so disheartened at this behaviour of mr. Mehta.
                                As a reputed company you provide ten years guarantee on your mattresses but i don’t think your bottom level distributors are abiding with the rules claimed by your reputed company. I would appreciate if you could solve my problem. I want full replacement of my mattresses otherwise i have to take some legal help.

                                  I had purchased sleepwell spinetec air luxury mattress on last year july month 2019 for rs: 39000/-. The mattress got turned into yellow color after few days o[censored]sage. I had raised the complaint to sleepwell customer service in the month of march first week 2020. They had inspected the product after 3 months on last week[protected] but didn't provide any response after that.

                                  I had sent so many mails but not any getting any proper response. The tollfree number[protected] what ever they are providing doesn't work only. No one picks the call & it will get disconnected automatically after 14 mins.

                                  I request you to take very strict action on this company for not responding the emails & phone calls properly.

                                  Neither they are refunding the money nor they are replacing with new mattress. Please take action on this issue. I am looking for refund or replacement anything is fine for me.

                                      Mattress total top surface fabric has developed small granules of threads and making sleep very uncomfortable/ irritating.
                                      Not in a position to use it.
