I bought a Sleep well Dignity Mattress exactly 3 Years back an i see Lumps getting developed on the mattress. Did not expect this kind of pathetic product from a brand like Sleepwell. Considering this product is still in Warranty, i am looking for an exchange of this product.

    After taking well care of the the mattress becoming bulge and it need to be replaced.

    I am using sleepwell products of protective cover, bed cover and billow only. There is no dirt or strain in this mattress.

      bulging of mattress

      Dear sir/madam,
      I surendar verma, newly purchased the sleepwell mattress from faridabad bearing the product name "vayu", product size "182.9x88.9x10cm
      And unique serial number:pcsh6lhe.
      Mattresses was purchased in the month of february 2020.
      But unfortunately the mattress got bulged within a short period of time.
      Cant believe for such branded company to receive a low quality of mattress.

        I purchased a sleepwell matress spinetech air luxury measuring 198.1 x 152.4 x 17.5 product code 78 x 60 x 7 in august 2018 from m/s home mart, okkium thoraipakkam, chennai 600097 at a cost of rs 34204.00.

        I was assured by the dealer that this is the ideal orthopaedic mattress to relieve back pain and well suited for the same.

        However using for the past year and half, the back pain is persisting and in fact increased over the last three months. Hence i had to discard the use of the mattress.

        However, the mattress is in the best condition and very clean.

        Would be grateful if this could be replaced by a suitable mattress of similar sie.

          Harassment / fraud by sleepwell & dealer this is to bring to your notice about harassment & stress, we have faced for 1.5 months after buying sleepwell mattress of 8” inches from kamdhenu dealer in sector 75, noida in jan 2020. The mattress has not been in use since the day it was delivered on 18th jan. A 6” inch mattress was given to me stating it as 8” inches. We complained to dealer on the same day about the width. Complaint number 138504 was logged. Dealer did not help us in getting the replacement for mattress. Instead, insisted on getting it verified through sleepwell. The person (Sumit) who attends complaints of customer in noida region was of rude behaviour, rigid, cunny and tried to showcase it as 8”inch mattress by doing measurements in a false/tricky way. We complaint about it and requested that a comparison be done with same model 6” inch & 8” inch mattress and another technician should be sent for verification, but our bad luck the customer care also did not entertain us properly. With same style of measurement (The way sumit did), i also did the comparison of same model mattress measuring 6”inch at dealer shop & my so called 8” inch mattress. Both were measuring same. I dropped email to customer care with all necessary photographs and evidences. However, customer care also behaved as if it is my fault. I requested for another technician person to visit, but was forced by customer care to accept that only the same person (Mr sumit) can visit and he will not do a comparison with 6 inch mattress. This clearly shows their intent. Seeing no choice, i had to accept it. Meanwhile i asked dealer to send the 6 inch mattress model to my home for side by side comparison. Initially, dealer was hesitant, but after several phone calls finally he agreed. Mr sumit (Technician from sleepwell) came again with his same style of cunny behaviour and wrong way of measurements. We requested that 6 inch same model mattress is also available to check whether the measurements are same for both 8 inch & 6 inch model, but he bluntly refused for comparison. This clearly shows the wrong intent of sleep well and its technician. He measured the purchased mattress to be 8”inches on both occasions, which is purely a false claim. He was in constant touch with dealer in dealing the complaint. Both dealer & sumit due to their wrong deeds have claimed a 6” inch mattress to be 8”inch mattress. I kept saying from the first day that wrong mattress has been delivered to me, but due to collusion between customer care, dealer & technician sumit the customer (Me) has been fooled very intelligently. Seeing no respite from sleepwell customer care & dealer, i visited several other sleepwell shops to find out another 8”inch mattress of same model. The 8”inch mattress at other shop had measurements which was far different from mattress delivered to me. I have all the necessary pictures, videos to claim myself correct, but there is no one listening in sleepwell. A classical example of cast pearls before swine by sleepwell.
          I would request people not to buy sleepwell mattress otherwise you will also face same ordeal.

          Hi,
          Your Technician has confirmed the mattress is of right width on both visits. You also turned a Deaf ear to my complaints from Day 1 and kept proving me wrong despite all evidences given to you in this period.

          You do not know what is the actual meaning of 'Customer Care' and did everything to prove customer wrong.
          Surely you will find more fool customers like me in market and would be able to sell a 6" inch mattress showcased as 8 inch mattress. Please handsomely award your technician Mr Sumit & other people involved, definitely they will make Sleepwell grow to better highest with their misdeeds.

          Thanks a lot for harassment & bringing stress to my life for 1.5 months.

          I don't need your replacement mattress. Having it at my home would remind me of my biggest mistake of purchasing a Sleepwell mattress & your misdeeds.

              I bought sleepwell’s spintech air luxury mattress, which costs above 30k, in 2018 nov.
              I think the company’s mattress life is 12 months only and they start to wear & tear after that. If you lift the mattress even for 10 minutes it will not come back to its original shape. Their customer care nos are always busy and their executives are super busy as they will come to attend you after 2-3 days.
              What stuff is the company selling, i fail to understand. This is the second time i am facing the same problem, first time they replaced the mattress now i dont know what they are going to do because the problem persists in all the luxury matresses that sleepwell is selling.

              We have purchased mattress of 8 inches which was above 45000
              After sometime there was threads on upper layer
              Raised a complaint but no response
              And after say about 6 months they said its not in warranty
              I advice people to stay away from sleepwell products

                The mattress was to be replaced with the same one bought before but the vendor supplied a completely different mattress as mentioned by him on the phone. The design is completely different. It is an old one that he supplied this time. All the invoices and the warranty card are there with the product. It is am air force canteen vendor who has supplied such mattresses, the canteen people are with us in this matter.

                Sleppwell is selling ultra 4 inch 6×6.5 inch mattress on their website for 6200 with a gift and their authorize shop in hinjawadi laxmi chowk mahalaxmi furnishing sleep well mattress selling same mattress for 7700 there is 1500 difference with same product and also deny for gst bill

                We have bought sleepwell mattress in Dec 2016 and within 3 years our mattress got extended from corners and not comfortable at all. There is too much gap between both mattresses which makes complete discomfort. I need a full replacement of the product as the mattress is totally not comfortable at all for me. it has 20 years of warranty.

                  I have purchased esteem - supportec (U) (N), unique serial no ilkiyvlm

                  I'm using the above-mentioned mattresses from last 15 days. Since 1'st day, we both are facing back pain problems.

                  I have contacted support regarding back pain problem the support person tell they don't provide any solution regarding it.

                  I have requested to exchange these mattresses with other comfortable mattresses. I will also pay my usages charges. But they don't provide me any solutions

                    I purchased a double bed size mattress on 6th Jan, 2016. The mattress is now 4 years old and the foam has made some hollow holes inside and the outer cover has started making big cloth balls. The mattress is now totally uncomfortable and one can not even sit on it for more than 15 minutes.
                    It is my request to your team to please solve my above problem as soon as possible, as it can also lead to some health issues.

                      The mattress i purchased is for rs 27700 then why am i getting some voucher for 22k. Kindly replace mattress with fresh new piece same model at earliest.

                      I do not need 80% amount voucher. I was given a defective piece. Why should i take the loss of 20% amount because of a manufacturing defect.

                      Im not asking for refund, i need same replacement of new mattress of same model.

                      Why should i again pay more for a defective piece which was your fault! Then what is the point of warranty!!! You pls replace the mattress with a new one same model.

                      Im a orthopaedic rehabiliation doctor and we advised customers to use sleepwell but you all are cheating customers in name of warranty. Will never advise sleepwell again.

                      You are repeatedly updating same thing. Why should a consumer be refunded 80% on prorata basis and not 100% for a manufacturing defect and for no fault of customer!

                      This is a nice way to cheat people. First you manufacture a defective piece and customer pays full 27700 in 1.5 years only the mattress bulges and you give 80% refund voucher. So now 20% straight profit sleep well takes away.

                      again customer will pay extra 20% or maybe more as cost would have increased and purchase new mattress!. so total 40% profit on defective piece!.

                      And god forbid if the new mattress turns defective again, customer will keep paying you for defective pieces!! nice way to loot customer

                      Your warranty pro reta basis 1 year full Replacement and 4 year pro reta basis please check your warranty card
                      We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with the services provided by, allegedly one of the most superior brand in the world of mattresses.

                      Even after repeated conversations and complaints with customer care, Sleepwell has failed to provide a resolution to our problems, which has been causing us both mental and physical distress.

                      Our complaint is two fold:
                      1) the mattress is extremely hard and has resulted in excruciating back pain, both for me and my husband. Attached is the link which proves that other customers have been experiencing the same problem.

                      each day the mattress is bulging more and more. As sleepwell is cheating customers by making an unfair warranty policy ive decided to take legal action.

                      No company can charge pro rata warranty on a defective piece. this is against the basic guidelines of warranty. kit is nice way to loot customers hard earned money. First manufacture a defective piece that a consumer uses for 1 to 2 years and then refund via a voucher on pro rata!!

                      Consumers pls be AWARE OF THIS KIND OF FRAUD AND CHEATING

                        I purchased this mattress in nov 2015 and suddenly it has started bulging from the center, it started with a small bulge but has increased three times it starting size in just 2 days...                           Recently i bought sleepwell esteem supportec mattress worth of inr 31000, which is also not good, from day one its giving me back pain & neck pain, i will not recommend anyone to purchase this mattress. I think instead of comfort i purchased pain. And when calling you customer care they are also not picking the call, always says same message all customer care agents are busy, will call you shortly, but no call from there end.😡

                            I had purchased 2 mattres too costly but they are not good as i heard. The density quality is too poor of mattress, because of the poor density 2 family member have spinal prob. Mattress are under warranty. I request the company to see this matter and to change my mattress. I'm enclosing invoice and warranty card. Outlet manage charged too high rate per mattres at the time of demonization.

                              I have bought this mattress from a dealer only 20 days before. But everyday i wake up with an extreme back pain. I don't know what is the problem with this mattress. I want to exchange this mattress as i am not not satisfied with this at all.

                              Also i contacted dealer but they are saying to contact customer care and when i called customer care they are saying to contact dealer.
                              This should not happen with any customer. We trusted this brand and now expecting a good service.

                              So i want exchange for this mattress as early as possible.

                                My husband has a severe back pain for which we went to buy a new mattress. We were recommended to use the spine tech mattresses for its spine technology by the sleepwell executive. But instead of reducing the pain it has increased the pain tenfold. Urgently need to exchange the mattress. We have bought the mattress recently only. Please do the needful at the earliest

                                  Just last year i purchased sleepwell esteem firmtec mattress (78x72x6), but since 6 months memory foam mattress sagging with lumps and other issues which is extremely uncomfortable for which i complained on this portal on september 2019, to which i received call from sleepwell customer care dept. Which further assured of instant visit by their executive to inspect the mattress and to replace it or resolve my complaint but till today neither anybody from sleepwell approached me nor did anybody visited my home.

                                  I'm very much disappointed at sleepwell mattress poor quality in addition to poor customer care and am repenting my decision to shift to sleepwell from kurlon whereas kurlon mattress is not only comfortable mattress but they have excellent customer care services.

                                  Now i'm writing and complaining again hoping that my issue resolved would be resolved on urgent basis as now mattress is giving back pain.

                                  Besides what's the worth of spending so much money buying expensive mattresses from renowned company like yours when it can't meet our expectations neither quality nor service wise.

But after using that bed i have more back problem so i can't use this bed.50000 is not less for anyone in this era so do solution for this my problem.
