I am facing problem of backache, tiredness every day since I am using it. I had told about this to vidhya enterprices, but he regret to do any thing. Later on I told to your area manager Mr. Pankaj also but he also regrets to do any thing. Here is a request to you please change my Form Mattress to a Coir mattress, as my problem of backache is becoming more painful.
i have also compalinted to the company, but they are also not neither reply nor responsing.
