I have purchased the Sleepwell Admire Mattress 3 Weeks ago from your Registered dealer UNISON FURNITURE PALACE PINJORE. The scheme was Mattresses + 2Pillows + after registering SONORA bedsheet.
But i haven't got it yet i asked your dealer thrice they said its not in their stock yet, You tell me that a brand is not able to provide only scheme accessories for three weeks..!
Doesn't sound strange ????

    I have been delivered wrong mattress twice. And customer care executive is not listening. Executive didn't took complete information and delivered wrong mattress. All the videos and pictures has been shared with your investigating officer but still no resolution has been given.

        This complaint is regarding sleepwell Mattress Spinetech air. Size 78 X 78 X 6. 1U

        Actually we have followed the instructions as we followed up with the sleepwell vendor. He mentioned those points again and again and said the mattress will get better.
        It's already a month now, and we did try to accommodate.

        Date of Purchase: 06 Feb 2022

        However, we 're really facing issues - backache, unhealthy sleep.
        We really need to get this mattress exchanged.

          I have purchased sleepwell spinetech mattresses about 10 month ago but after using the back pain issue arises both me and my wife. I was promised that this mattress is specially designed in such a way that back problems will never happen but result was totally opposite and I feal cheated. Please look in to it otherwise i look forward for consumer court.

            I bought Sleepwell mattress online and after one month it got deformed and saggish.i Complaint through Sleepwell customer care numbers and assured for replacement.and it has been nearly 5 months nothing happened in resolution.the only thing i get on customer care numbers assurance and only assurance that item will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days.but those 10 days never happens to come.in between these periods i m given more than 20 assurance but all were false.how irresponsible and deaf any sach big company can be is beyond imagination.no one can think that Sleepwell and like companies can give only false promises and do nothing in return.i[censored] see this plz do samething favourably.or I m going to register complaints to firther levels.

            I have brought Sleepwell mattress Durafirm plus from Andaz decor kota on 4 August 2022 . Returned the mattress next day to the shop due to wrong size. And ask the shopkeeper for exchange or refund. They behavior was very bad. I took the mattress back to shop. Quality check was done by shopkeeper . Mattress was not opened . BUT shopkeeper is not either giving refund nor behaving nice to customer . I am still waiting for my money.

                We bought reflection mattress back in 2019 from Delhi. It started causing back pain issues to both me and my husband but we thought mattress is new may be because of that it’s causing problem. After lockdown we stopped using it for almost more than a year and now started using again. Unfortunately it’s causing us back pain again after we wake up which is so severe. Please take it back and provide full refund

                  Poor quality mattress delivered

                  I had ordered one product in Chennai from a local vendor in Selaiyur regarding Sleepwell Mattress which was designed from the plant since the size and fit was not ready made available, just within 3 to 4 months of the usage of the Mattress, the side stiching of the mattress has come out and there are threads in the mattress which was never expected from a company like this.                             I have raised a complaint no. 202627 for my defective mattress and accordingly your company has replaced by placing new mattress, which is shipped on 31.12.2021 and received by dealer Jai Diviya Durga Furniture, Nampally, Hyderabad within 4-5 days. Dealer called my and demanding to me extra money of Rs 600/- for home delivery. I told him that Sleepwell company representative told me that i don't have to pay any money for home delivery. I have again complaint of demanding of extra money issue to customer care executive daily since 10 days and they are assuring that i will get my new mattress without any home delivery charge but daily new executive is attending my call and giving same assurance logistic team will deliver you at the earliest but 10 days passed and i have not received my new replaced mattress by dealer.

                            Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the dealer and logistic team for not delivering my mattress till date. I am facing lot of problem daily by defective mattress. So request you to deliver my mattress immediately by today.

                              Back pain issue after using Sleep well mattresses need solution to replace mattress immediately. As per our doctor’s advice to change the mattress.
                              Bill no. 4817 dated 27/12/2020 – 78*60 with pillow 2 nos purchased for Rs. 17, 200/- at Home Mart, Sleepwell dealer, OMR road, Thuraipakkam, Chennai 600097. Model No. Gen X 2.0. Bed.
                              I am 64 year old and suffering from back pain regularly please help me out with this issue.
                              You are requested o replace it or provide any exchange suitable for back pain or thin layer of foam to support my back pain at the earliest.

                                  I bought one Sleepwell Spinetech T8EKYBN0 Mattresses from your authorised dealer Krishna Furnishers Gurgaon on 10/12/2021. The product is not upto the mark as prescribed by your dealer. From the very first day, after using it, I felt backpain. However, it was explained that it is comfortable for spinel problems. This problem was also explained to ur Customer Care Centre. One Mr Jitender of your executive was told to solve this problem. He has asked me to send some photographs of captioned mattresses and on the basis of photos he decided that there is no defect in our product.
                                  Now, I want to know how can one justify the genuineness of the product only on the basis of photos without physical verification of product.
                                  Even my various requests, no action has since been taken till date. The product is still in guarantee period.

                                  Hence, I bring this situation to your attention as you have a good reputation in Indian Market.

                                  I believe, I would get quick response from you for getting this problem solved.

                                      I have bought the SpineTech mattress from Royal Trading Centre Velachery on 27th Dec 2021.
                                      I asked for a soft bed and he has suggested SpineTech which i bought for 30, 000. From Day 1 am having severe back pain. The Dealer misguidance has caused me mental pressure and physical pressure. I have been following with Sleepwell Customer Care around 10 day's still no proper response.
                                      I want it to be refunded. I am not using the bed after 3rd day. When i spoke with the Dealer he is is not responding or the communication is utterly poor.
                                      He is saying we have sent a object for 30, 000rs we cant do anything apart from that. Is this how Sleepwell responds?
