Reference to our complaint - 191019 about the product - Sleepx 'Ortho' Memory Foam Mattress

The settlement team (sleepwell) mailed us that they can only attend issues regarding physical damage of the product. As you already know, I have clearly mailed my concerns in the very first mail which I mailed to '[protected]@mysleepwell' mail id.

For the sake of better understanding, let me share the content in that email below.

"It felt very comfortable during the initial days. But after a long period of time, all o[censored]s feel back pain(except children). My wife was treated for a disc bulge last month.
Because of these issues, we are afraid o[censored]sing it. Tried both sides of the mattress and that didn't make any difference.
It Still looks brand new, very soft and comfortable while getting to sleep, but the next morning the back pain gets worse."

Mr.'pranoy' from 'sheela foam-team' had visited my home and acknowledged our 'issues'(not only the physical look and feel of the product but also understood that, all o[censored]s are suffering from back pain(my wife is still under treatment because of this))

He told us that he can 'only' do the physical inspection of the product, and inform his superiors about the 'physical inspection that he has made'. also informed us that he will definitely convey about the back pain issue that we are facing right now.

Even after his inspection, no further proceedings happened. and sleep well team mailed us to use the same product about 3 more months, and inspect the same after that.

But from the past few months o[censored]sage, it already caused us this much damage. We cannot go further with this. The doctor advised us not to use this mattress, We have all the medical reports with us.
If you guys are still 'not' understanding our concerns properly(even after the inspection), we will give our 'true' feedback about the product in Online shopping feedback forums, social media promotional platforms etc.
Also please note that, We would proceed with filing a complaint against your company to the 'consumer grievance cell'.

You are selling this product as in the name of 'Orthopedic mattress'. Unfortunately it doesn't comply with the 'orthopedic mattress standards'.

We have purchased a Contract coir mattress - Heera puls - 1.981m x 10.9cm - light blue (78x72x4) from Royal Marketing - Retail, Pulnakhara, Cuttack, Odisha on 28-Jul-2021 vide Order No. 770. After 2 months from purchase of this mattress, we noticed that the middle portion of the same was down by around 2 inches which caused uncomfortable to sleep. in this regard, we have raised a complaint in Sept-21 over Sleepwell toll free number. As per their advise, we have reversed the mattress, but the same issues has not been resolved so far. Hence, we request you to kindly take necessary action to resolve my problem or replace the mattress against a new one at an early date.

My mattress is damaged within one year and sleepwell is not ready to exchange even my mattress is in guranttee

It's stiches are removing from clothe

We purchased this mattress on 20th Aug and using it since 24th Aug. It does not stop giving backache. After sending multiple emails and followup getting no resolution from the team even they did not send anyone for inspection. This is very costly mattress sold to us for Rs. 45000. Hi.. Three years back purchased the mattress... Now we have cleaning home so ee have shifted to hall then looks foam was accumulated in centre and looks like speed breaker... Pls resolve the issue the same

Not surveyed and not seen after complaint. They did not bother and told that we have checked, online but no defect seen.

How it is possible to check online

We have purchased the mattress from Sleepwell on 14.04.2018, and within 3 years it got damaged from different parts. Kindly change the peice as per your company's policy and do the needful.

I bought this Sleepwell spinetech air luxury orthopedic Mattress on 21st August 2021 and got it delivered by 25th August 2021. This is Sleepwell spinetech air luxury orthopedic mattress which we after confirming with the vendor that it is meant such way to not give backache. And, it is doing other way. My husband and I having continuous backache this will lead to serious health issues. This is not any cheap mattress, it is much heavily charged mattress and not serving the purpose it is meant for. I want to return this mattress.

Within 2 days of buying only I raised the complaint but sleepwell customer care kept on insisting use it for 3 to 4 weeks then we will take your complaint forcing us to go through the pain, I tried that as well but it is not giving comfort. What consumer law is they not understanding to return this mattress. If consumer dont like only and it is in good condition there are option to return things. And this being such expensive mattress giving health issues how it is forced on us. Kindly return this mattress and make refund.

Please register this complaint and return thus asap we cant bear health issue for longer.

My sinetech air luxury matres is not comfortable for sleep, a big bobble came on the top of matres please as soon as possible solve my problem, we are facing problem.

Sleepwell is one of the world's worst mattress company . People should think twice before purchasing anything from them. Do not believe their warranty as they will not honour it even if there is a fault from their side. We purchased two mattresses from them in January 2021 and one of the mattress that they sent was of a wrong size . when we complaint they refuse to believe that the mistake was from their side even when we showed them size difference pictures of the old and new mattress . Now the mattress is too big for our bed because their guy took the wrong measurements and the other mattress has also started sagging even though it has only been 4 months . SO EVEN WHEN WE PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE MATTRESSES WE GOT BAD QUALITY MATTRESSES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING SLEEPWELL MATRESSES AND THEY ARE DISHONEST . YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING OTHER BRAND'S MATTRESS. THEY WILL NOT OWN UP THEIR MISTAKES.

Model of matress is Genx2.0.
It's foam was swollen within 4 months of purchase and now it's stitch is loosen up. I gave a call to customer care they told me to rotate the mattress and wait for 3 months and I told them I have already done it.

Hello, I have purchased 2 Sleepwell Spinetech Air mattress on 11th Aug and upon delivery I found that threads coming out from all four sides. I immediately raised complaint to dealer next day because they delivered in evening and shop closed because of corona restrictions. The complaint number is 186142. They appointed their person to inspect digitally which is not right. After checking picture they said product is in line with their standards and closed complaint. As per them if we buy a car if it deliver dented and with scratchs but if engine is fine we should accept it. This is worst of the response I ever get from any company. How come they just view pic and come to any decision. Also they said contact after 3 months after last feedback. Please do needful and help me replace the mattresses.

I have purchased a pair of mattress in april 2021. They are compressed within a month now tbey are in very bad condition.

I had purchased Sleepwell mattress from Delhi and in less than an year it's gone out of shape and even after complaining to Sleepwell there is no action taken. The compliant number is 184581. I have purchased sleepwell mattress which compressed with in one month.
i have reported issue 173796 with Sleepwell company, their executive visited home and verified that mattress are faulty and need to replace.
Till date it is in progress but not replaced.

I have registered complaint to Sleepwell for my mattresses but without physical inspection they are saying it’s perfectly fine. My mattress has loosened from one side leading it out of the bed and accumulating from one side and sleepwell is saying they check mattresses on pictures how is this possible without physically check my complaint no is 179342.
