Sleepwell — Defeated piece and now with warranty no reply

I have purchased SpineTech mattress from Sleepwell registered dealer on Feb 9, 2023 which was delivered after few week and later now 10 days back matter have become like balloon from one side and now they call centre not picking call and have tired all possible please to contact but no response
