Sleepwell — False promises

I purchased a Sleepwell mattress under the advertised 100-night comfort trial policy. Within the trial period, I contacted the company requesting assistance regarding the mattress and the possibility of return/replacement as per the trial terms.

Since early February, I have made multiple attempts to reach the company through calls and emails. Despite repeated follow-ups, no proper response or resolution has been provided. During my most recent call, a company representative assured me that a solution would be communicated within 24 hours, however no such response has been received to date.

The company’s failure to respond and resolve the matter despite multiple communications amounts to deficiency in service and failure to honour the advertised trial policy. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and mental harassment.
