I have purchased Sleepwell King Size Orto Pro Spring mattress with size 72X78.X8 through Amazon 0n 26th January, 2025. The product was delivered to me on 29th January 2025.

From day one we found that the item is too hard, still we continued to use it. I am 73 years old and my wide 69 years. We both have developed very similar knee pain issue, requiring severe treatment including Altra Sound Physio sittings with X ray etc.
I find that the QR code is not regular and is not getting scanned creating doubts about the genuineness of the product.
Even after using mattress toppers, the position remains unchanged.
