Sleepwell — Poor quality mattress delivered

I had ordered one product in Chennai from a local vendor in Selaiyur regarding Sleepwell Mattress which was designed from the plant since the size and fit was not ready made available, just within 3 to 4 months of the usage of the Mattress, the side stiching of the mattress has come out and there are threads in the mattress which was never expected from a company like this. I had used the last mattress i purchased 11 years ago and it was a local brand which much higher standard then this one from a Brand Like SLeepwell, when we raised complaint at customer service the executive says when there is a damage or whole than warranty will be revoked and the complaint i am telling is not a complaint as per him and had left us to the mercy as sales is booked and as a customer let me go to hell. I am just trying to vent out my griviance in this forum, if reputed company like Sleepwell has some small consideration for middle class people like us who pay premium for branded product and in turn get a substandard product, can the defect be rectified or replace with a new one. Hoping some response from the company
