I have made an order at sleepx, order id[protected]. The order has been delivered since 20 days but I didn't receive the free pillow with it. When I called the customer care for the 1st time they connected me with someone who told me that since this is a cod delivery the pillow gets shipped 2 days after the mattress gets delivered. Then again after 10 days when I called, they told me in 2 days your pillow will get dispatched. Again I called after 7-8 days they are saying they will check. This is very disappointing.
