Sleepx — Sell rejected export material in India

Sleepx has the worst customer service and behaves like SBI employees. I had ordered a king-size mattress and a set of four memory foam pillows vide order #[protected] dated 31/12/22. I was told in an email that the products are in manufacturing and would take 7 working days to deliver. However, Sleepx only delivered the mattress and not the pillows. I contacted customer care, but the number is meant for something other than taking customer complaints, as it spins around the IVR loop and then disconnects automatically. This happened over a dozen times before I wrote them an email. The company didn't even care to call back but instead replied on Sunday night that the pillows had been shipped. When I received the pillows, they were not inflating to their regular shape. As a result, I wrote (knowing that Sleepx doesn't take customer calls) that the pillows appeared to be a rejected lot of some other overseas order that was dumped on Indians like me. (The question is how a company that claims to only process orders on business days suddenly packs and ships my pillows on a Sunday night.) I wrote them about the issue, and Sleepx acknowledged the defect and asked me to wait 72 hours for the pillow to assume its regular shape, but nothing happened. I asked for a replacement, but instead, Sleepx wrote me that it will refund the amount provided I pack the pillows, send them the picture, and then the delivery guys will pick it up in 10 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Also, Sleepx told me that the refund would be given in 4–6 business days after the return. It’s been almost a month since anyone asked or answered about the whereabouts of the pickup boy. I objected to my money being held ransom against already acknowledged defective material of scrap value by Sleepx, and they told me to wait for a few more days until pickup is done. Neither the pickup boy nor I have received our refunds as of January 26, 2023 and they wrote me, it will take another 10 working days for pickup.
Summary
1. Sleepx does not care about customer service.
2. SleepX is interested in money, so they are not afraid of dumping rejected overseas orders on customers to reduce scrap losses.
3. Do not put your trust in their name; the quality may be poor or a rejected piece of an overseas order dumped on Indians.
