I would like to inform you that I ordered a SleepX ortho mattress (72*78*6) on 27 September from your website and its amount has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received any order confirmation from your end.
I also tried to reach them through their toll free number but my all calls were unattended and unanswered. It has been almost a week and my problem is still unresolved and I have not received any further information from their team. Worst customer service, Was this information helpful? | 
I have ordered 78*72*8 inches matters which is costing 15579 rs, I have made the full payment while ordering but I have received wrong product which is 78*72*6 inches. I have spoken to the customer also regarding this issue. Product was delivered on 29th Oct 2021. Still no resolution.. contacted 8-9 executive and so many mail.. im fed off of your service...
Request you to have the return for the same. And I want my refund right now..
