Sleepx has the worst customer service and behaves like SBI employees. I had ordered a king-size mattress and a set of four memory foam pillows vide order #[protected] dated 31/12/22. I was told in an email that the products are in manufacturing and would take 7 working days to deliver. However, Sleepx only delivered the mattress and not the pillows. I contacted customer care, but the number is meant for something other than taking customer...

I have made several attempts to return or say exchange the mattress but there is no response from their side .I have called many times with customer care and also tired calling other executives but they are very careless regarding quality and customer satisfaction....

I have placed an 3 orders with sleepx.com, where one of product is not proper. It is damaged . I have made complained and made several attempts to the customer care but they are not at all providing any info . its been around 2months but no response from their side....

Ordered the product directly from SleepX.com website by paying full amount of 14 thousand +. But since received wrong size, keep calling and sending Emails to cancel the product but it appears to be worst customer care support. I have made an order at sleepx, order id[protected]. The order has been delivered since 20 days but I didn't receive the free pillow with it. When I called the customer care for the 1st time they connected me with someone who told me that since this is a cod delivery the pillow gets shipped 2 days after the mattress gets delivered. Then again after 10 days when I called, they told me in 2 days your pillow will get dispatched....

I would like to inform you that I ordered a SleepX ortho mattress (72*78*6) on 27 September from your website and its amount has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received any order confirmation from your end.
I also tried to reach them through their toll free number but my all calls were unattended and unanswered. It has been almost a week and my problem is still unresolved and I have not received any further information...
