I have booked flat and paid full payment as instalments from the year 2008to 2011. I am trying for registration and whom do i contact. I am residing there from the year 2011. I have taken loan against the same property from lichfl. Loan amount directly transferred to builder account. Now i have cleared loan amount. I have tried for registration from 2011 to till date.
