unprofessional and untrained staff

At SLV Hospital, Yelahanka, Bangalore, I took appointment for abdomen scanning at 4.30 pm. They asked me to drink as much as water when I arrive at the hospital.

I reached at 4.25 pm and found the doctor who is doing the scanning was not arrived. The receptionist asked me to wait for 5 minutes but I have waited till 4.50pm. My bladder was full and felt like getting rapid tiredness.

Misbehavior of Staff and management

Myself Kuldeep Dahiya, contact no. [protected], residing in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore. Front desk operator misbehaved with my wife yesterday.
My wife already taken appointment for doctor 6th May 2012. There is no feedback from the hospital side for the registered appointment.

Also when my wife asked yesterday for the doctor, the receptionist instead of giving proper feed back started fighting with my wife.
