I applied for canteen smart card . My old grocery card no is GBO[protected]A00 . I applied for new card on 12 sep 2017 . at UMRAO PLAZA CANTEEN. NASIK but no response from your side . please intimate new card status.

I am an ANO in 9 Bengal Bn NCC, Berhampore, WB having personal no. NCC/16110122. I applied for CSD card during 2017. My application, having no. EC330447 despatched through CSD Canteen NCC GPHQ, Kalyani (4509) was temporarily rejected and has been returned to URC vide File No. E/KOL/22440-2 due to the reason that the application is not as per the latest policy on NCC.
Please detail me the latest policy so that I would fill up my form in that order.
It has also been mentioned to submit correctly filled fresh application form along with old rejected form and rejection note. Moreover, it is also referred in the note that an alphabetical suffix to Personal no., Rank, Name, DOB, DOJ, DOR.
Does it mean to write them in a separate sheet in their order duly forwarded by the CO?
Please clarify.

Sir, I am Prashant Dutt, Junior Warrant Officer (Retd), service No. 776602-H. My existing canteen smart card has been expired as i retired on 30 Nov 2107, as such I have applied for a fresh one, liquor/grocery, through CSD Canteen Lohegaon, Pune, on 08 Sep 2017.My application no is 1596328.
In this regards, I have not received any sms till date.

The forms were originally re-despatched during early February, 2018..but no news till date. I, am one of ANOs of Senior Division in a college and have undergone three months of rigorous Army training in OTA, Kamptee, Maharastra after which I was commissioned as NCC Lieutenant; I am also exercising my duties meticulously- in spite of the fact I am in pursue of the CSD card which I belief is a symbol prestige for a civilian like me since 2015. Please do the needful and oblige.
