Smart Fashion Girl — not delivering the order and not refunding the money pre-paid for the order.

I have ordered three dresses on order no.[44733] and order no. [46054] on 10th august of rs.524 and 11th august 2019 of rs.349 from this site. I received a message with the expected delivery date of 25th august 2019 for both the orders but i haven't received any order till current date i. E, 4th september 2019.
I tried calling the numbers provided by the site ([protected]) and ([protected]) but they are all switched off currently from several days. Somehow i managed to get one more number which was working ([protected]), i called but they didn't pick up the call. They called back later from another number ([protected]) through which a person named manoj kumar talked to me and tried to console me that they will refund the money through the same payment mode i paid earlier and then i can re-order but it didn't happen and he was also asking for different mobile nos. That were connected to different bank accounts and said the payment is cancelling so i should provide a different number again linked to a different bank account. That person was talking very rudely and was behaving like he was doing some favour returning me the money. Then he cut the call in anger saying he wont return and i should not disturb him again. But i called up again to say try with the same number and he didn't do that then he said i should call before 8 pm anytime and provide him a different bank account so that he can transfer. I tried to take the payment from google pay, paytm, upi but he denied sending me through any of this.

I had ordered one more dress on 10th august 2019 with order no.[45125] for rs.349, but i cancelled this order on 13th august 2019 and the person had refunded me the amount the very same moment i called and just enquired for the order no. And no extra details, also the number from which i talked to this person is switched off now. But the other person to whom i talked today was very rude and misbehaving type of a person.
The site is also not opening online to which they are giving an excuse that the servers are down.
Also the numbers i've been calling now are spammed on truecaller by many people and the link of the site is also not opening showing error. The customer reviews of this site were showing the same complaints as i have and in an ample amount.
I doubt this sight is fraud and i want my refund for three dresses i. E, rs.873 and this site should sued for fooling so many consumers like me. Please help me to take my money back.
