Smartech Business Data Solution — refundable amount, salary not given.

Never join a company that is asking you for money to give you work is the basic think i understood smartech business data solution company. I was looking home base jobs and i found this site and i contacted their concern person mehar khan. There are many persons same dealing with this company. Hr deepak then i enquired about the job he said as usual 100% genuine pay 3900s registration in which 3300s is refundable. He said 555 pages will be send and we need to type in ms word within 21days per day just spend 3-4 hours partime and will get 28k. He said security amount is rs. 3, 900 rupees for the gold plan which is a refundable amount to the candidate. Out of rs. 3, 900 rupees the candidate will get rs. 3, 300 amount refunded with his/her 2nd assignment salary. And the other remaining amount of 600 rupees are used to prepare the legal document from delhi high court which is mou. I paid 3, 900. When paid money he not well respond. First he did not say conditions. After paid 3900. Then they send me the agreement details saying if there is error in typed data cash is non refundable. And even salary won't be paid if accuracy is not 75%. If there are any mistakes not to say how much money gives, then said about accuracy level and guidelines first he should not say any refundable conditions and accuracy conditions. First hr or concern person need to say conditions you not say at least refundable conditions. I am typing all pages. I was struggle 19 days physically mentally. Iam submitted work. My work rejected. Make your company profit. Damage to me. Now they denying my salary and registering money. Saying all this company policy etc. There is so no value for the 19days of sleepless nights spend to complete this work. No value for the work i done. This company full cheated me. So anyone who gonna join this pls be aware. Don't do work for company which ask u for registration money. If we doing the work we should be paid, not them. It was my mistake that i trusted those people and if anyone who got cheated pls go file complaint againt these type. I too filing complaint against them. When i said i will file complaint they said no use etc. Now i lost "inr3900 registration fees, inr28, 000 salary which was not paid, 20 days of my life. But i will surely fight for justice for my 3900s and also 28k of salary. Ipc 420, 415, 417. The offence is non cognizable and bailable; and triable by any magistrate; and therefore application u/s 156 (3) or private complaint u/s 200 may be preferred. (I have whats up and olx chatting proofs and mails also.)
