I placed an order worth rs. 700 on 26th july and was told that my order would be delivered on 14th august. I called on the number that was provided on 13th august and was told that my order would reach me by tomorrow. I tried to contact them again on 16th august and now the site is missing and the number is switched off. I want a refund and an action to be taken.
