I had paid money through Debit card and purchased one SmartTV123 Octa antenna through advertisement by smarttv123.com on 10/02/2018. I had not received the products till today(on dt.03/04/2018). I had communicated to their customer care via email but no proper reply.
So I sumbit my complaints against the same company in consumer complaints forum & I would like to request the Respected Forum to initiate refund the amount to me.
