Dear sir / ma'am,

I would like to inform you that i had ordered place for the product of smarttv123 octa air on 25th feb 2018. When i see the cost price was rs. 3495/- before ordered placed. But they deducted rs.6585 from my axis bank account. Its happened come to know after delivered the message from axis bank on same day. That's why i had send a mail in this regard to the company.
And they response me, please see...

I ordered the product on feb 3 2018.. But haven't received any parcel yet. I am constantly mailing the customer support since i have ordered the product but they are neither providing me enough detail of the parcel so that i can locate nor returning my money.

After multiple reminders they are not listening and not replying for many days.

I need my refund as soon as possible without any delay.

Placed order in the month of Feb 2018 but not sure of its reception, cancelled immediately and asked for refund, till today (13/6/2018) I have not received the amount. do not know whether I will receive it. Viewers are hereby warned that they should not trust/believe such ad which appears in FB and secondly they do not have address in India to contact which I tried several times....

I have made payment for 3 nos. Octa air on feb.27, 2018 (Transaction no. [protected] from my hdfc bank account). However i have not received product till the date. I. E. May 4, 2018. Meantime, i had written many mails to octa air support ([protected]@smarttv123.com), however, receiving similar standard replies again and again without actually looking into the matter.

Please be informed that, octa air antenna seems to be fake. I purchased 3 with the warranty life time buy paying rs. 5985.00.

"we saw an ad on msn for smarttv123 octaair on 12th february 2018 and ordered for two numbers of smarttv123 octaair paying by credit card. The product is not delivered till date 23rd april 2018. Only one reply in february last week mentioning that products ordered have been shipped through : https://asgtool.asendiahk.com/ who have handed over the parcel to indian post. Checked with postal authorities and they mentioned that tracking number...

I had ordered this on 26th jan and it has not reached yet. Looks like this is a faux company and cheating consumers. Their responses are not helping. They indicate your pacakge should be in your local post, search for it and get it. While the post office clearly declines any arrival of following consignment at all. Request authorities to investigate about. This company and block their activities so that others don't get cheated.
