Smarttv123 Octa Air — smarttv123 octa 3 units not deliver till date

Dear sir / ma'am,

I would like to inform you that i had ordered place for the product of smarttv123 octa air on 25th feb 2018. When i see the cost price was rs. 3495/- before ordered placed. But they deducted rs.6585 from my axis bank account. Its happened come to know after delivered the message from axis bank on same day. That's why i had send a mail in this regard to the company.
And they response me, please see the communication with them given below..

I would like to know the exact cost price for this octa air. When i see the cost price was rs. 3495 till 11:59 pm

However, i got a message from bank that i was spent rs. 6585. What is the reason? Please help me in this regard.

Therefore, i have not send any mail about the cost price. But i didn't get my product till date. I have tried to contact them but not able to do. That's why i have started sending mail for my product and they reply me same status which i got earlier from them. Kindly see the communication history in this regard given below.
